I was trying to set up card payment option to take care of our direct debit payments, forgetting that I had previously set up direct debit using our bank account details. This was happening during the Easter holidays. Declan handled the issue and resolved it promptly. This averted what would have resulted in us making double payments. We are grateful.

On many occasions I have had to ask HostPresto for help with problems I couldn't deal with. Each time, politely and cheerfully, they have found the cause and swiftly corrected it.

Although the problem was at my end they knew how to solve it

Prices are competitive and the service is as good as I would expect. Questions are answered very quickly, often the same day. I have used HostPresto for many years and found them to be helpful and obliging.

Just had an issue with a link address failure and the helpline sorted the cause, allowing me to correct the problem quickly. It is some years since I had to call up a tech support issue. Well satisfied with the quick response.

Hostpresto are really great with support

Great host, sturdy and reliable and any issues always resolved quickly without any fuss, cant ask for more from a web host company.

I am not sure about the billing team but the techies are very good and quick. I've called on them a number of times and they have been quick at getting back to me and resolving my issues. I hasten to add the issues have been due to the development work I have been doing not due to the service being provided.

Support are great. They provided continuous support. And resolved the problem quickly.

I needed to add the fileinfo extension for PHP and enabled in my server. I asked the support team for help. The response was prompt and efficient. I would like to thank them. I have been with HostPresto since 2022 and every time I needed, they have been there and so helpful. They are strongly recommended.

Before HostPresto I've used a few hosting providers, and now I am pleased at the human response I get to any support tickets I raise. I needed a wee bit help with a new domain registration for DNS-only and staff helped right away. Also I had a few login accounts due to previously moving from previous providers, and the accounts team were happy to move all my services into one account. I always get the feeling that they actually WANT to be helpful!

Never known of a company which has outstanding customer service like HostPresto and their prices are amazing also! Especially in this day and age of companies that simple do not care about their customers only their profit.

I have used HostPresto for well over a 15 years and will continue to do so!

I've used Host Presto! (Enix) For many years, since they took over from Dream-Hosting UK. Service Support has been very satisfactory from my point of view, but then my 2 websites are personal info/hobby sites anyway and not business critical. I've raised tickets with them mostly in the evenings, when I'm doing updates or admin on my sites. Someone normally gets back within the hour and usually gets resolved instantly or after a 2-3 messages - the most recent being a PHP update for my two Wordpress blogs.

My only gripe, which could have knocked a star off was the enormous hike in my Legacy price plan of 236% with little option to shop around due to hassle and complexity (to me) of migrating to another host. They did honour a legacy plan plan from the buy out years back, but even still, it was quite a hike... This is unlikely to happen to you (the reader) as you would make your choice from their plans based on your budget.

Anyway, for what I pay (Mega) it is probably good value compared to others and I've never had an issue with raising support tickets with each enquiry getting resolved. I'm very much an amateur but have been hosting my own sites for nearly 20 years.

Fantastic support as always and my issue was solved very quickly. Highly recommended hosting company.

I have never had any problems with host Presto, they always sort my issues out with a professional manner.

Outstanding Service Over the Years
I’ve been using this provider for years across multiple services, primarily hosting. At one point, I made the mistake of moving some services elsewhere but always kept a portion with them. Eventually, I decided to move everything back because of the exceptional support they provide.
My only concern was consolidating all my clients in one place, but their reliability and high level of service gave me the confidence to make that choice. I highly recommend them for their consistency and outstanding customer support.

Fast and efficient servers at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service, too!

Fantastic support from the team at HostPresto. I had an issue with getting my IP blocked when changing some passwords and updating them across multiple devices. Didn’t know what was going on but team diagnosed and resolved the problem very quickly and on an a Saturday too. Each time I have needed to contact them they have responded and resolved my issues quickly! Very pleased and heartily recommend.
