Hi Houston,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, after reviewing our systems, we’ve been unable to locate any account or order under the details provided in this review.

We also believe you may be referring to a different hosting provider with a very similar name, “Hostsonic”, which recently ceased operations. Hostonic Hosting is a separate company and remains fully operational.
