Brak profesjonalizmu, na uruchomienie usługi czekam grube 12 godzin. Zgłoszenie zostało zamknięte i dalej nie widzę poprawy. Bez porównania u konkurencji...

Odpowiedź do usługodawcy: pewnie w regulaminie też macie że nie przesuwacie okresu rozliczenia o potencjalne 24h? Przez co przy dobrych wiatrach stracę 2 dni :)

Had an issue with Poland server, the problem was with hosting, not Minecraft server. I had lags during play, and it wasn't a performance issue. I decided to ping server by IP and saw some "Request timeout" limes in my cmd. After giving this information to support, they told me that it's my problem (I gave them screenshot of cmd, and I checked the result of it from different IPs), and they just not answering anymore.

The price is low, but if you are in trouble, they won't do much to fix problems.
Swaped to another hosting.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY. In my support ticket mentioned that we tried to ping hosting server from "different regions of country", but it looks like it has been ignored. Just to be sure, I tested it with ping in 2ip.me to see a same packet loss issue and it still persists.

UPDATE2: Tried also ping.pe. And it shows packet loss 2-10% everywhere :)

Update 3:
Your link shows that this ip is available to ping and it pings 4 times. Can you please try it somewhere, where you can ping it constantly during some amount of time. Because using ping.pe, after like 5 minutes, we have package loss about 5%. I can open a new ticket with a sceenshot if you want. But can't you do this by YOUR OWN instead of blaming me ?

UPDATE 4: They just canceled my server and that's all. Interesting experience.

UPDATE 5:
Regarding the service cancellation, yes, I requested a cancellation because I switched to a different hosting service, but I still wanted to resolve the issue. They requested additional info about me through trustpilot mail, and after that my service was canceled.
When canceling the service, I only had one cancellation option, which allowed me to use the server for the period I paid for. That's why I'm surprised)
Actually, I wouldn't mind talking in person, at least to fix the problem if you still don't see it).

(edit after reply) Yes i did upgrade the plan to more ram it still ate more and more so stop saying that i don't got money to upgrade, this hosting is just literally pure trash and exit code 1 has multiple meanings, javavm returned ,,No space left on device" stop trying to act better you can't help your customers, ur hosting is bad.

When making a purchase, you check a box stating that you are refusing a refund, so please pay attention to this. Customer support will also treat you as if you are guilty in any situation, with no apologies, no words of gratitude, and completely emotionless responses. After I pointed out that I did not like how customer support responded to me, I heard complaints directed at me, demands for confirmation of my words, and absolutely harsh behavior. I do not recommend this service because if something goes wrong, not only will you not receive assistance, but you will also be denied a refund.

As you can see from the response to my review, this service will not apologize to you and ask what can be improved; instead, they will accuse you of being wrong, of lying, etc. Obviously, the situation could have been de-escalated simply by apologizing, but the service decided to respond by saying that I was lying, which once again confirms my thesis that for this service, the customer is always guilty.

Firma całkowicie pozbawiona profesjonalizmu i szacunku do klienta. Zamiast realnej pomocy czy konstruktywnej odpowiedzi – dostałam wiadomość pełną obraźliwych uwag, wyśmiewania i poniżania. Nie dość, że nie rozwiązują problemów, to jeszcze próbują przerzucić winę na klienta, używając przy tym chamskiego tonu rodem z podwórka, a nie z firmy, która świadczy płatne usługi.

Obsługa klienta to dno – brak cierpliwości, brak wiedzy jak komunikować się w sposób profesjonalny, brak jakiejkolwiek kultury. Firma zamiast wspierać, traktuje klienta z góry, wmawiając mu brak umiejętności i logiki. To nie jest ani poważne, ani godne zaufania miejsce do hostowania czegokolwiek.

Odradzam każdemu. Lepiej zapłacić trochę więcej u innego hostingu, ale mieć pewność, że ktoś podejdzie do problemu z szacunkiem i kompetencją. Tu dostaniecie tylko aroganckie wywody i zero wsparcia.

Takie podejście kompromituje markę. Jeżeli firma nie potrafi okazać elementarnego szacunku klientowi, nie zapewnia sprawnego systemu płatności ani realnego wsparcia, to nie zasługuje na zaufanie. Zdecydowanie odradzam współpracę.

Service Center is good and responses quickly. Minecraft Server itself is very good but timeout sometimes happens, even if you have not the worst Server, so Pay few $ more if you want really smooth gaming with mods.

I was looking for a reliable and affordable hosting service for my Minecraft server, and honestly, I didn't expect such a high level of service!
The website is very user-friendly - I registered and launched the server in just a few minutes. It's super convenient that you can choose the game version and install mods and plugins directly from the panel.
Ping is consistently low, and I haven't noticed any lag.

Overall, everything is great - highly recommended!

Pros:
- No lags
- Good looking and easy to use control panel
- High Avaliability

Cons:
- Can't create server backup via control panel anymore, made a ticket but didn't see any response from helpdesk, so I use Filezilla now
- Non premium servers are not secured enough, someone from America made a raid and destroyed 3 days of hard work

But I've made premium server with whitelist and I've been enjoying Minecraft with friends for few months without any problems :)

Genuinely the best minecraft hosting service i have ever used. the support team are rapid, helpful and lovely people. the services are cheap and they run as smooth as any other glorified overpriced hosting platforms.
