Good service but needs to work on shared hosting email service, the emails sometimes not delivering nor receiving.
Better to offer some add ons for professional emails or improve the existing ones.

The complaint ticket generation and problem-solving are great, but 1 big issue is that we can't check every second on our company site. We are confident and trust HosterPK that our website is live every time, but sometimes I face the issue that my client, another company, or the bank asks me, "Is your site NOT WORKING?" So kindly, this is the responsibility of HosterPK because we trust HosterPK. Kindly supervise the sites properly because this small check & balance is very fruitful for us; otherwise, we can move towards another hosting company. Please take good care of your clients. We already like HosterPK and appreciate the overall company. That's why I placed my company site with HosterPK. I already know other hosting companies.

SHit hosterpk
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Hoster.pk. Their server performance is incredibly slow and unreliable, causing constant issues for my website. Customer support has been unhelpful and the overall service quality is far below expectations. I cannot recommend Hoster.pk to anyone and strongly advise looking for a more dependable hosting provider. This has been one of the worst hosting experiences I have ever had.

Server is down for more than 48 hours now. My client's business website is down and hoster support staff does not give a shit about this. Very poor support team, not responding.
I am about to lose my client.

Worst, their server crashed 4 days ago.
Till then there is no fix, no satisfactory reply.
I am not sure if my very important data (of my clients) is gonna recover or not.
4 days and my customers are still looking at us how can they continue their operations
