Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that you are currently using our free hosting plan, which has limited resources and uptime compared to our premium servers.
Our free plan is mainly for testing and learning purposes for the best performance, uptime, and support, we recommend upgrading to one of our premium plans.
We always strive to provide the best experience possible, and we’d love to help you get the smooth performance you’re looking for. Feel free to reach out to our support team anytime for assistance.
Thank you for trying HostCraft! 💚
Recently, I was looking for a good and affordable VPS. I searched on YouTube but couldn’t find the right one. Later, a friend recommended HostCraft, so I decided to give it a try—and honestly, it turned out to be a great choice. They offer affordable plans and I’ve had one of the best experiences so far.
This server is good but the rate is high because in india they sell their server in their location in just 699 rupess in my specific what i bought and that's a harsh and i want to do that can you make server cheaper. And also sometimes server may lagg and ping goes to 999 And That's Why Cool Host Want to upgrade Their support

Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate you sharing your experience.
We understand your concern regarding pricing. Please note that you have purchased a BDIX server, which is optimized for ultra-low latency within Bangladesh and has a different infrastructure and cost compared to Indian-local servers. However, we’re constantly working to make our services more affordable and competitive — your feedback will help guide those efforts.
Regarding the lag and ping spikes you experienced, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our technical team is already investigating and will take all necessary steps to ensure stable performance.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to improving. If you face any further issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly — we’re here to help 24/7.
Thanks again for choosing HostCraft!
Excellent Service, Everything Is On Time, I Am Fully Satisfied
