I placed my order on September 5th. At checkout/confirmation I was promised delivery between September 12–16 — I specifically needed it in time for my closest friend's birthday. That window came and went with nothing.

Since then, every time I've reached out, I'm told the item will ship "tomorrow." Day after day, that never happens — no shipment, no real update, just the same promise on repeat.

To make it worse, they later claimed the item had already shipped. When I checked directly with the shipping carrier, they confirmed the store never actually handed off a package to them — so that shipping claim was false.

keep in mind that i have ordered the most expensive item they have which is the neon sign, so i should expect nothing but faster shipping and better updates regarding that

It's now been almost a whole month since my order, I missed the birthday it was meant for, and I've gotten nothing but excuses and a false tracking claim. I'd think very carefully before ordering here, especially if timing matters.

if there's anything less that 1 star, i would've gave it them

Going on 2 months of not receiving my order or hearing back from anyone. Tried email, tried DMs, and like someone else said, they will just delete your comments if you ask questions on their posts.

Never got my order i literally ordered it August 14 it’s September and I have very little faith I'm actually going to see those clothes and it was literally 3 shirts.update they have told me they will talk to me in 24 hours that was a day ago so I will update when I have gotten the email.update I have gotten the clothes and the print quality is good they did get the size wrong but they still fit for the most part I will say that it is worth a bit of the hassle if you truly want the shirt but just email the company email they will get back to you faster

Got the speedway cap last week and I loved it, embroidery is clean.

After seeing the previous reviews that have waited longer than me for their orders, I decided to post my own. ESPECIALLY as they have deleted my comments on their socials asking for assistance.

I placed an order of 2 shirts about a month ago. One was shipped right away, the second did not. The site explicitly stated that this new batch of tees would take longer to ship and I understood that. It was something like 12-15 days or so for my region. I waited a little over that before reaching out. I wasn't seeing anything about these shirts on their socials either. Just more new drops.

A week passes after my first email, no response. I asked about shipping on one of their posts, comment deleted. So I send another. Almost another week to no response. I post another question, and my comment was again deleted.

So, I'm not holding my breath on that second shirt. I won't ever order from them again.

9/22 update: Company requested additional information on 9/16 and I provided the info same day. It has almost been a week with no response. Do not waste your time.

Ordered the Speedwagon Hat last week and followed along with their shipping updates for the week on their instagram, came in around 7 days and the hat was great, I will be coming back soon

$100+ worth of clothes did not ship even 2-3 months after ordering. I kept e-mailing them and after a whole month of back and forths, they finally sent me my items. They kept telling me they would update me/send it to me, but even after weeks, no updates were provided and tracking still did not show movement. Each time I reached out, they would respond saying they would ship by this time or that time -it did NOT ship by the times why would promise. After expressing concerns about poor estimates regarding fulfillment, they promised a "free" item. I finally received my package - clothes were of average quality. No additional items were included in my order. I informed them I did not mind the missing "free" item, but would prefer they not promise one next time. They sent me a tracking number saying they sent it, however, the tracking was marked as delivered since a month ago to an address on the other side of the U.S. I informed them of this matter and they just responded saying they will confirm with fulfillment. It has been 5 days since and no updates. As a whole, they would not update me on anything unless I reached out.

Free apology item was received randomly in the mail, so I added a star. No updates or communications were provided, but at least there's that. Whatever that was.
