Had to contact them to ask where my order was when it was already due only to find out they had not sent it out because of "quality problems" with the factory.
So no notice about delay.
They send two "premium" oils as an apology which actually smell really cheap (my son said it smells like toilet spray)
When I actually got the product the gold had a really bad orangy hue to it which looked really fake. Could totally understand why there as a quality control problem... They said it was gold plated silver but the weight of the necklace is light and feels light like steel or something. Looks and feels so cheap and nasty.
Ironic this is a "feng shui" brand because the vibes are all off and was a total waste of money.
I feel embarrsed I payed for the fengshui masters blessing.
I sent them a complaint and they said they would get someone to answer my reply, ofcourse no response.
Also should of known as all their ads were AI.

They sell feng shui items, but in reality, they are scammers.

they scam us much money. Keep away from them

bought a 700 dollar bracelet, arrived broken. They do not respond.
Avoid at all costs!!!

I am so disappointed with this company, they delay to pay us affiliate marketing commissions, they do not reply to our emails, even though we have sent them dozens of emails

We are affiliate marketers, we help them sell their products but they don't let us set up payment method and don't pay us commission. Pay attention
