I purchased the 85-gallon deck box. Installation was great except installing the support rod. I can install it but then it does not move to close the box.

Order the white version off Walmart site but was shipped straight from Horti Cubic.
Ordered the white one which is white with a grey top and black floor. The Brown version is dark brown with black roof and black floor.

I received brown version with grey roof and black floor. Not even one of the options.

Quality control issues.

Problem is the hassle returning it. I would have kept the brown version but the grey roof doesn't look quite right. Sigh.

Very well made, easy to assemble.

Order process was easy and shipping was fast.

The questions i asked were answered quick and delivery was prompt although i was not notified that the item was being delivered since it was stated that i would be.I have not assembled the item yet so i don't know if there are any missing parts.

Well. pretty good product for a decent price. Some issues with delivery, and my contact was very helpful. Missing a part, and my contact again was very responsive.

Ordering was quick and easy. Assembly was super easy. I was able to build it rather quickly. We absolutely love our new horticube shed.

Gear service, fast delivery, strong product

Getting to the satisfactory finished product was one trial after another. Driver had no clue how to unload the product or use his pallet jack. You cannot abdicate responsibility once a carrier takes your product away, they are an extension of your shipping department.
Instructions were not correct and incomplete, missing four panels of instruction. Machine screws used for floor are not "carriage bolts". Pre drilled holes to accept screws are too big and the thinner than expected plastic just strips out. There were about 100 screws extra and all too small to be used with such thin material. All I used were the large pan head screws for the handles (4) and the medium pan heads for everything else. By the way, these are NOT "self tapping" as described, nor do they need to be.

Great reliable products at extremely affordable prices. Would definitely recommend!

Response: Company was prompt to answer concern about missing parts. The shed structure is shipped in separate packages, and on separate days. The missing parts to complete the unit arrived within 24 hours.

Overall very satisfied with the support.

Fast and efficient processing of my order. fair pricing and from what I can see before assembly it looks like a quality product.

Internet site presents products very well. A bit of confusion with VISA/Mastercard not shown on the first page that mentions payment options. But overall, easy order placement. All 4 packages of the shed showed at my door in no time.

Nice Shed!
This is a very nice shed for the money. It was easy to assemble, and I’m not super handy. It holds more than I expected it too and seems like it will hold up for a long time to come.
