I was very keen to try out their full package but it was a disappointment. Crystal (my contact person) is very knowledgeable person, and the test’s are good. However, the company customer service is very poor. There is no phone number to contact them, if I email them, I need to wait for 3-4 days to receive an answer or the summary of our consultation. They didn’t give me a personalised diet plan, I had to download one from their website, which is for everyone. I would expect more for this amount of money.

Working with Crystal has been really helpful. It has given me an understanding of how my diet affects my mood and my well being. Helping me understand my Dutch test was invaluable. I can now go into my peri menopause with much more knowledge and not be blind sided by symptoms as they come up. Thankyou so much. I really do appreciate all the support you’ve given me.

Claire was brilliant from start to finish. She really listened to my concerns and then provided me with advice and possible solutions.
It was really easy to set up the call and everything worked as it should.

I had tested for Sibo and had very difficult debilitating mIBS flare ups regularly for years. Claire helped me to understand so much more about what was going on for me and what I could do to help myself. Can’t say it was an easy path initially but so worth it & at the conclusion I tested negative for Sibo which made me very happy. It did require commitment but Clare supported that & I was encouraged to reach out by email if I needed support outside of appointments. I was sent helpful video links to watch. But it is a lot to take in & a bit mind blowing at times. The team was very kind and supportive whenever I needed it though. This is still a work in progress. Although it may appear financially challenging I saved by buying a package of 6 sessions to include a Sibo test. My overall experience was good and I feel so much better, have more energy & eat a much more varied diet within reason.

When severe allergic food reactions suddenly happened to me during menopause and the doctors weren’t able to do anything, Claire could. I went from living on antihistamines & carrying epipens to healing my gut and finding balance again.l learned a lot too and Claire gave me confidence. I have got my life back and I’m forever hugely grateful. The work these women do is extraordinary
