I was recommended Horizon by my window supplier
I was recommended Horizon by the manufacturer of my windows, as I needed a spare part ordered and a fitter recommended.
Very luckily for me, Josh Taylor of the Bodmin branch answered the phone and was massively helpful throughout the process, going above and beyond to help.
I would recommend Horizon to anyone.

Outstanding service every time
Outstanding service every time! Ordered online, then had to make a few changes when picking up. Josh was amazing - understood what I needed and suggested the correct options instead of what I’d ordered! Very patient and professional, even cut the drainpipe so I could fit it in the car.

Beware
So I ordered a door with hinges on the right, handle on the left from the inside. What I got was exactly the opposite. I queried this and Horizon admitted it was their error but because my builder didn't notice it within 7 days of delivery, Horizon wouldn't replace this door with a correct one as per my order. #notamused #wasteof£650

They care about the planet!!
Ordered guttering supplies Monday afternoon for collection from Horizon Launceston. Early Tuesday morning they were in my driveway! Saved me a trip, saved fuel as they were coming this way anyway, no charge! Excellent customer service, many thanks to Simon at Horizon for arranging it, what a pleasant surprise!!
