Hi Donna,

This product is high quality and everything they said it would be. They were transparent about the ordering process, the timeline to create and make the book, and the shipping details. It arrived on time (maybe a day or two ahead of schedule). We were very pleased with how it turned out and it will be cherished for a lifetime. We appreciate the creativity and all the thought that goes into a very unique, one of a kind, treasured gift!

My 4 grandchildren loved this book. It was easy for me to create and was great that I could customize when it came to eye color, eye shape, hair color, hair style, etc etc. The only thing I would have liked to be able to customize is size of the child, i.e. is it a baby? . . a toddler? . . a young child such as 4-5 years old? In my case, the grandchildren were infant - two 1-1/2 yr old toddler twins - and a 4 year old. But overall, the final result was fantastic !

My one daughter's skin color was incorrect from what I picked. I was extremely upset with that. My one son is white but all my others are mixed. I sent two separate emails and never received a response.

Hi Natalie,
Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry to hear about this. Looking at our correspondence though, I couldn't find any emails from you in our inbox.
According to the personalizations in our system, you selected skin tone number 2 for one kiddo, skin tone number 3 for two and skin tone number 4 for the fourth. Please check your confirmation email that you received right after placing your order to make sure these were indeed the selected personalizations.
As of right now I have already reached out to you via email to try and resolve this situation as quickly as possible.
I'll be on the lookout for your reply.
Kind regards,
Billie from Hooray Heroes
Amazing book and kids loved it. Did not have turban option so I used paint pens and kids say it looks just like them.

We absolutely love our book! I made this book for my two children who are always missing their two siblings who are now in heaven. They always wonder how life would be with them. This really shows them life as fun tastic four! It’s so precious it truly brings me to tears.
