Thank you for introducing me to the sidr honey. I am obsessed. It had helped with MANY of my cough related issues.
The coconut oil was also brilliant - I ordered it for my mum and it helped with her psoriasis!!! Amazing products that won’t leave you money dry :)

Thanks for your review. When you initially raised your concern saying:
“Hi, thanks received 1 litre black seed oil today, would have been nice if you didn't false advertise glass bottle, really disappointed that you sent it in a plastic bottle, you do know that plastic dissinitegrates defeats the purpose of having an amazing oil put in a plastic bottle:(“
We replied saying;
“ Dear customer,
The pictures on the website are of 100ml and 250ml bottles which are glass. As you wanted to buy in bulk, those bottles are bpa free plastic. All large amounts of oil products come in large 10-20 litre plastic containers. If you are not happy with the product, please send it back in the same way you received it, and we’ll give you a full refund.

You paid £65 for oil we sell for £100. Although we offered you a full refund on return of the item, you did not take up the offer. I’m sorry you felt like we falsely advertised. My order arrived quickly and all in 1 piece, carefully wrapped in plenty bubble wrap.
