Lovely dressing gown, as in photo and good quality. Delivery took a while but that wasn't a problem for me. Would happily buy from again.

I wouldn't give any stars if there were such an option. I purchased a copper coloured travel mug, with straw, for £23 Inc postage. Sadly it arrived with a dent on the side. 10 emails were exchanged before they agreed to have it back - but I had to pay postage. They wouldn't even send a returns label!
I just decided I would keep it - because I just don't trust them to send me a refund!
I put the mug into a bowl of very hot soapy water, to clean it, incase I decide to use it sometime, and the lid fell apart! Such poor quality for such a pricey item.

The product does not match the photos. It was advertised as flannel, but the item I received is cheap quality fleece.

The delivery was also unacceptable — the parcel was left behind a bin with no delivery note. I only found it a few days later, and it was dirty and wet, even through the packaging.

Customer service has not responded to any of my messages. It appears they are selling identical products sourced from China, despite listing a Netherlands address and a UK phone number.

Overall, this company does not seem trustworthy. I have reported the issue to my bank, and I hope others do not have to go through the same experience.

Excellent service and product. Hommfer silicone toilet brushes are so much more hygienic, easy to clean and seem to address the issues that other similar branded brushes have. The head is very flexible making it easy to use and very effective. The company has excellent communication at all stages of processing and delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

Slightly dubious about ordering goods outside the uk but I really liked the cushion covers I ordered. Very pleased with the service, I was kept in touch with the progress of my order and delivery. When they arrived, the cushion covers were lovely and very good quality. Definitely would order again

Perfect toilet brush for our small minimalist bathroom. Light and very easy to clean. Sticks firmly to the wall. We will look for other fun products from this company.

Overall I am happy with the purchase, as was finding it difficult to choose something suitable to be used as a bath tray on a large freestanding bath. The unit was well packaged and the communication via email was good. It was straightforward to construct, and it was adjustable to fit our unusually sized bath. The bath tray also had some rubbery type parts to attach which keeps it in place. So far so good, I just hope it lasts! I may need to treat the wood, not sure yet. Delivery takes a while as imported, but at least you are informed about that.

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering, absolute garbage product and not the colour that was ordered. Waiting for a response...........

They are in fact based in China ! Often don’t send the right item and then blame the courier. Twice this happened to me as the first time I believed their lie.. It’s A SCAM

Excellent product and great service. The only thing that could improve was the delivery time. It took 2 weeks to arrive.

Do not touch this company - I ordered two items which it turned out were shipped from China. Only one arrived and was faulty. In response to my missing item notification they simply duplicated the first tracking note. It just got worse - a promised refund for the faulty item hasn’t been paid and the missing item still not delivered which they refuse to cancel. A unwanted replacement for the faulty item did arrive which they seem to think is the missing item. Chaotic obstructive service couched in deeply apologetic language that means nothing.

2 wine glasses in a set of 4 arrived broken. Customer service refunded the 2 but didn't allow me to return the remaining 2 glasses for some reason. I wouldn't recommend
