There's a questionable relationship between HomeViews and the developments they platform, in my opinion. It seems that there are always delays in the publishing of reviews of residents in my development, and it seems like it's because HomeViews gives the landlord a heads up about the review so that they are poised to respond. HomeViews also doesn't answer when people have genuine concerns about their information being published online - no regard for their obligations under GDPR.

I had a fantastic experience using HomeViews. The platform is well-designed, easy to navigate, and provides comprehensive property reviews from real residents. The insights were incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about where to live. Customer service was also responsive and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine property insights!

Think it’s a scam, got invited to write a review in return for a voucher. Did the review, earnt the voucher and now I can’t login to my account at all to claim it. When I try to submit a form to their customer care they say I can’t use @gmail.com as it’s not a valid email address, but that is my email address.

It was very easy which was good as sometimes writing a review would be long but I think it was simple and easy

Next, assess the design and layout of the house, discussing how space is utilized and if the flow makes sense. Mention the build quality and any noticeable materials or craftsmanship that stand out, either positively or negatively. Evaluate any included amenities like parking, outdoor spaces, or energy-efficient features.

Same as the account just below me - just that I never received the voucher… I guess there is only so many £10 Amazon vouchers they had before they ran out of budget 🤣🤣👌🏼

Update: fair enough they actually sent me a voucher, but it wasn’t until I sent a bad review… so they did have the budget!!🤣

Took ages to get a simple confirmation that my review had been verified and published.
Their Website and uploading files has issues, along with their verifying location system. They also want you to upload personal documents to confirm your address if your a reviewer, which is very intrusive. Had to email info homeviews twice for support otherwise was prompted that my review would not be published, but only received automated responses, and no assistance from an actual agent.

This has been a absolutely genuine platform for us to get unbaised reviews across various users. By the sheer no of the reviews, we have got a good perspective for us to base our decision

Received confirmation that my review had been verified and published on 23-07-24 and that an Amazon voucher was available in my account. I tried to log into my account to access it, but had to wait for a confirmation link to be sent by email to get into my account. 3 days later and I still have no confirmation link (checking spam, junk folders etc). I have emailed info @homeviews.com twice for some support, but only received 1 automated response, and no assistance from an actual agent. Hoping a negative review will get their attention, but may change my review if they can offer a better experience.
Update 14/08/24: Customer services got back to me and I was finally able to get into my account after 3 attempts. Process took longer than it should but glad to have got there in the end. Upgrading to 3 stars out of 5.

Our experience has been fantastic. We regularly engage with the team to ensure our property listings are accurate and shown in the best light, but also to drive resident engagement with the aim to obtain genuine and honest feedback which we can use to improve what we do.

The platform is easy to use and they're continually developing its features and user experience.

The data we have access to is insightful and comparable with competitors, all of which is summarized in market-leading reports and used for their annual award ceremony which is great fun.

The staff are amazing, whenever I need any help with anything Kyran Carrington always is available for help, he always notifies me whenever I have any issues, Kyran is the man to find. He always fixes issues that I get whenever I am home, or in the communal areas, Kyran is always available
