Undisclosed Charges, Incomplete Service, and a Partial Refund Designed to Block Your Chargeback
BUYER BEWARE: This company charged my credit card $109.72 upfront without disclosing that full prepayment was required. I negotiated a price over the phone and was never told accepting the discount meant immediate full payment for all three sessions. I found out when I checked my bank account the next day.
When the technician arrived, he treated the driveway only and never accessed the backyard, which was the only area I requested. I have camera footage proving this. The company has zero photographic evidence the backyard was ever touched.
When I called to dispute this, representative Herman dismissed my concerns, provided billing explanations that directly contradict their own invoices, and told me 'what I'm assuming is you just want money' instead of addressing a legitimate complaint.
Here is where it gets deliberately shady: after I sent a formal written complaint demanding a full refund, they ignored my email completely, called twice to avoid leaving a paper trail, then issued a $37.99 partial refund without my consent. This triggered a 'merchant already issued refund' flag with my bank, designed specifically to obstruct my right to file a chargeback.
I have since filed complaints with the BBB, Ontario Consumer Protection, and my bank.
Three pages of BBB reviews show identical experiences. This is not a mistake. This is a system.
