If I could do no stars I would! All the leads we bought were terrible, didnt ask for a quote, wrong information, bad numbers this is absolutely a scam company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a quality company
Still warning agents to stay away from buying quotes from Hometown Quotes. They mislead me through the entire process. I had a balance on my account when I cancelled due to the leads not being filtered and they refuse to issue a refund. Don't waste your money with this account. They notified me that I would receive a call to discuss this situation and yet no call. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very patient with new business owner
I would recommend Hometown Quotes to anyone who is just now starting a new business. The representative by the name of Jackie was awesome. She was very patient with me, as a new business owner with many questions and concerns.

We have not received the quality of leads from HomeTown as from other lead providers, and also, we have not been given a harder time for the bad leads when we issue them for credit.
I am not planning on renewing these leads.

Not Happy
I had high expectations using this leads service but am extremely disappointed. I have had multiple leads yell at me about excessive phone calls and hang up on me. I have had several with numbers set to not take calls or number out of service. Most of the time though I get no answer and no return contact after a voicemail. I have sent every lead an email and am yet to get a response. One lead that did actually answer gave me an email that was not listed and the one they had listed the person had never heard of. I'm going to hang in there for one more week and if no improvements I will be stopping this service.

Their review of returns is way to stringent although the do a better job than other companies in regards to how they actually review versus it just being a percentage factor.

The leads are not good
The leads are not good. Many people expecting to get an immediate quote. Others say they are not interested when you call them. Mostly tire kickers.
