Brilliant service - staff are very helpful, polite, professional, understanding, respectful. They really do care about their tenants. I love that they offer a free service - a ride to properties of interested. Great selection of properties. One of the best agents I have rented from.

Visited the office after my partner was advised they were able to offer a suitable property. Kept waiting for a long time then asked to complete various paperwork before visiting a property. The property needed redecorating and when asked they said this would be done before we move in the following week. Was told that we would have to pay 3 months up front in rent and an additional 5 weeks as a deposit in order to secure the property. Was advised the property was ours and would not continue to be advertised or available for rental. We paid the deposit and 3 months rent then after chasing them for a week was told that we failed the credit check (they said a senior would call me to advise how but still waiting for this). Have had great difficulty in getting through to them and getting a refund of the money they fraudulently took from us.
These guys a dodgy. During the time I spent in their office they were asking people to complete reviews on their service before seeing them which I would suggest is where the positive reviews are coming from. If you have difficulty with this company please please raise complaints with their regulator.

Very good letting agency who will help you out with what you are looking for. Would definitely recommend them to who is in need. Good kind staff and easy to work with.

I had read reviews about Homes2let, some were really complementary and others were not so, to put it politely. So, as it was close, I thought I'd go and see for myself. There was just one person in the reception, which by the way, bears absolutely no actual resemblance whatsoever, to the picture on their website; although, if you scroll down, there is a picture of the shop from the outside. This is always a good indication of whether a business is honest or not. If they cannot post an actual picture of their office, that is a very bad start.

I said hello to the man behind the desk, and he started to say, that they had nothing available, before I had told him what I was looking for. Then, reluctantly he started to take my details. I must have told him my phone number 4 or 5 times, and even then, I don't think he put it down correctly, with all the alterations. How hard is it to write down a stream of numbers? I said him, "I want you to find me accommodation, but you can't even write my phone number down!" He blamed me and said that “I wasn't saying it right”. No... you were not listening to me and thought you knew better than me. Not a good start!

By this time, I had lost all interest in having them finding me anything, as I wouldn't trust them to find me a flat pack 'bird cage', so I left a bit quicker than I had entered. There is only one 'type' of person they are interested in, and my hue, didn't fit their criteria. Someone else inferred this in a previous review, and they were correct. Anyway, don't take my word for it, you might 'fit the bill', only one way to find out.

I never did hear from them, Maybe I should have left my number!
