I was expected from such as company to be professional and helpful. They caused so much trouble when I was selling my house. They absolutely undervalued the property. Lack of knowledge and the rude behaviour caused so much frustration and caused lots of issues. They had no respect to the client at all.
Absolutely cannot recommend.
To reply to your query about the name. Yes it was under different surname than my Google account (surname has since changed). Of course I can email you.

Good afternoon Kasia and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We have searched through our systems but unfortunately, we cannot find any record matching your name.
Can we ask that you send a note of the property address to info@homereportscotland.scot to allow us to investigate this further?
We take all reviews extremely seriously and if our service has fallen short of our high standards then we will be in touch. Firstly though, we must make sure it was our firm who carried our your Home Report.
Best regards,
The Home Report Scotland Team

From the 1st phone call I felt at ease and when the surveyors came to the property they were very polite and professional. The report was sent to me within a day which was fantastic. I would definitely use them again. Excellent value for money.
