I would never recommend this company ever.
My 80 year old mum ordered a roller blind which was expensive for her , they got the order wrong and literally called her a liar when she said that was not the blind she ordered.
They will not resolve the issue or refund.
Numerous calls by me to be told it’s tough no refund , was told the rep would not get it wrong, but he obviously did and in the process causing my mum unnecessary stress, do not shop with this company.

Friendly fitter.Only downsize is text said will be with you in next 15 minutes,only to turn up nearly 2 hours later.Don't see why you also have to pay if you want to book a set time for installation.
The fitter didn't fit set of blinds correctly in my box bedroom.Not even on each side,so blinds don't fit right.My hubby left msg to installer,but as of yet no-body has bothered to ring back.Means we will have to buy the piece ourselves and sort it.Not going to cost us much,but that's not the point!.

Product and fitting were great deducted a star because of cancellation fitting date and the messages left were werent audible. I would still use this company and recommend them

Absolutely delighted with our new conservatory blinds, the fit of them is perfect and a big improvement on the ones we had originally from a well known company, From our first contact to arrange the appointment, to the chap who measured up and finally the fitter who came today to install them, service was excellent and a good price too - what’s not to like.
