Pathetic experience, poor product quality. They are cheating the customers by displaying amazing product pictures in the website and by sending low quality products. All efforts to raise concerns are completely ignored by the customer service team

I bought a wall mounted bathroom accessory . It was damaged. When I tried contacting them they picked my call just once. After that now they would neither reply to messages nor answer my calls. So many such bogus companies have sprang up in India. Pls be vigilant and don't fall prey to such fraudulent companies

They delevered very fragile item. Not worth a penny. And they charged 5400 for the product. No installation done nor any customer care picking up call. And when they pick up call they put on hold for a long time.

This brand is very bad I got a very cheap quality product and not able to work properly as well
And when I complain the product to there customer service they refused to accept that product and not even answering to the mails or calls as well as in WhatsApp
I am not happy this brand and I am suggest to all the public that not to buy any product from this home essentials.

Such a pathetic service by this company. Inspite of numerous call, emails, texts on WhatsApp they fail to deliver what they commit.
I recieved a product that I was unable to assemble, contacted them several times through multiple channels but all my efforts dashed into the ground.
I wanted to return the product and wanted a refund for the same but unfortunately till date I am stuck with that unassembled product lying at my home and my wasted my money.
I want a response from the home essentials team ASAP and a resolution to my problem.
And I assure them I won't purchase anything from them on future as it's a pathetic company who doesn't fulfill their promise and has an even more pathetic customer service.

I had ordered first time from them on 25th June 2026
The product was delivered to me but it was unmanageable
So I tried for returning it but there is no window for approaching them to return & refund
They don't heed to calls mails or on any other communication platform
I'm in trouble as this product is a waste and is still lying at my place despite my repeated efforts

The products quality for most of the items ordered was questionable. What's even more frustrating is their return process. I received two broken items and shared my grievances over an email. No response received from their customer care team even after 24 hours.

Terrible products, low quality to begin with and they don't ship the right parts for assembly. They're using AI generated images and just reselling chinese products without a care about quality or customer satisfaction. Returns are a huge hassle, with the customer support team being extremely unresponsive and hard to catch hold off and completely refusing to provide refunds for the orders. They're trapping customers with store credit and know they don't have quality products to begin with which will never get them repeat customers as it is.

Order No 1476538 dated 8th May 2026. I got wrong material delivered. Subsequently I tried my level best and wasted more than 3 weeks time to approach Home Essential for correct replacement. Numerous phone calls but all in vain. Executives on phone call are extremely rude, unprofessional and pathetic.

I had ordered " Clear Human Body Structure Model" for my daughter, who is 6+years. It is a part of kids' educational toys and looked very impressive on the website.

However when the model came and i sat down to assemble it , I had challlenges as the few parts like the arms were not fitting and it was a struggle to put it all together . Also the organs did not fit tightly.

Instead of dismantling it again and again , I made it once and have decided not to dismantle it again due to the efforts needed.

Even after putting it in the case, now the intestine has got lose inside the case.

This defintely is not meant for a age group of 6+ years but much higher age

Pathetic company, Fraud people, useless customer care and Baniya owner.

This was my first time experience with Home Essentials and it was pathetic to the core!!! They are big 0 when it comes to customer service. I received damaged goods which were supposed to be replaced but nothing ever happened. Initially they just keep finding ways of not doing it and later stop responding completely!!!!

I bought the product of gymnasium worth 3500 k but unfortunately the built quality of the gym apparatus is so poor that it broke on the second day. It was a very poor plastic. What is shown on their advertisements is not worth. Please do not buy anything from them. They are cheating.

Don’t buy any product from Home essentials as their products are cheap and their customer response is very poor. All cheap and over priced.

Worst service ever seen I had no choice but to give a single star. If I had a choice I have not given that as well..

Initially ordered for coat covers and HE delivered long coats or sherwani covers, after almost 4 weeks of delay tricks they gave me refund voucher.
Now whatever discount is offered on the new product that will not be honoured and one has to pay full amount less the above voucher ( which basically is my money ) .
In the 6 or 7th week I get the product, which is in parts , how to assemble it is again a nightmare, NO instructions or information, even nothing on Google to guide, hence Rs 5000 is down the drain. Customer care is full of junk stupid fools who are unable to understand and do not want understand either.
Will someone from HE will contact me and help.

Worst experience ever on a website. Worst customer service reps, they ask exactly the same question again and again until you say- you don't want to return. Every time customer service calls me, they ask SAME QUESTION multiple times - What's the issue? I told them 100 times it's the size issue, its not the same as shown on website. They delivered a worthless product, Which actually says 7 days return on website but they do not really accept any return. They DO NOT DELIVER ON PROMISE.
I will not order again from here

WORST COMPANY! I hope people see this and never order from them. They deliver defective and damaged products and cant even refund. I got so fed up trying to reach out to them. They need to be sued for not even returning the money back. Their website is completely deceiving. Extremely poor service.
