As an expat in Berlin there's no way I could've navigated the real estate market without Ilan! We recently purchased an apartment in Berlin in the Wilmersdorf neighborhood (July 2023). This purchase was made with the expert assistance of Ilan Fishman (“HomeEase”). After all, I could not imaging how long and energy consuming was the ride, which I simply could not be able to accomplish without Ilan!
