Homedics UK Anmeldelser

I bought a Shiatsu Pro Back Massager 3 years ago, product is seldom used, unfortunately the main drive gear has broken up,I contacted homedics who were less than helpful they couldn’t supply spare part but they would give me a voucher for a new massager,(they actually advised me to try EBay) absolutely disgusted with their customer service.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. You have been warned.

Easy to order. Arrived on time. Great product.

had no problems ordering or receiving the yoga stretch item.all very efficient. Also had good service with the shiatso massager.thank you.

service was brilliant. Delivered in a couple of days. Product delivers what it says. I use every other day.

Iv bought 2 ,for myself and mum best thing iv bought

I bought this air purifier as I have guinea pigs but also have hay fever so the dust can trigger my allergies. I can really tell a difference in the air and most days I am allergy free. I've only given four stars as the air purifier is quite noisy compared to another make that I previously owned.

Just to add, delivery was really good, I ordered it one day and it arrived the following day which really surprised me.

Such a useful service. Ordered some items from here as like Oximeter, ear thermometer and weight counting machine. All of them are great in value. Impressive service. Thank you.

Quick delivery and all the ordering process was straightforward

Excellent products, great customer service, fast delivery, would definitely order from here again!

Prompt excellent service. Fantastic product. Highly recommended.

Has really helped to relieve back aches and pains.
We use it everyday.

I suffer from a bad back and have done for several years. Any kind of exercise usually results in pulling of muscles regardless of how gentle the exercise is. I saw this advertised on the television and thought I would treat myself. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase one immediately due to no stock in the country! HoMedics have the facility to pre order, which I did. It arrived the day after the mat was back in stock! Excellent service!
I love love love this mat! I use it i the morning before I do anything and sometimes in the afternoon. Just before retiring to bed I also use it because I find it relaxing me so much that it does in fact aid my sleep!
The best and most reasonable investment ever!

Very good product that targets specific part of your body to massage

Everything good as before, well done, now please don't send any more reminders!

I'd not heard of this company before but found them while researching a foot massager that wouldn't cost the earth. The website is very easy to use, informative, has good photos and reviews from customers about the products. Prices are competitive and delivery was super fast. I love my new foot massager (Dual Shiatsu), so glad I bought it!

Delighted with quality of Oximeter and ear thermometer I ordered. Easy to use and prompt delivery.

Good enough, and arrived on time.

This is my second one of these. I wore the old one out! I like the updated colouring and I'm delighted with it. It really does the trick.

Rapid processing of order and dispatch. Very happy. Husband a postie, the foot bath certainly helps his feet. Recommended.
