As a doula, I buy from Home Birth Supplies at least once a month. I have always found them to be super quick dispatching orders, and the team if you ever need to speak to them are lovely. Once I ordered two different pool liner sizes and they called to make sure I'd not made a mistake which is just brilliant that they're so on it. Packages always come well packed and on time. Highly recommend!

The TENS electrodes are big and well furnished with gel. They came packed in hygienic foil packaging. The electrodes transmit the TENs current really well, and do not affect skin. Ordering seamless and delivery within 4 days, through RM. Would buy again with this company although the gel is a tiny bit too sticky, maybe.

Our pregnancy went post-term. We were able to extend the pool hire very easily by email. However, we then had to go the hospital for birth as midwives would no longer support a home birth.

The staff at Birth supplies were understanding and helpful throughout. It was a shame we didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it really looked the part.

This is my second time purchasing from this company with the first being a complete birth pool and kit and the second being birthing pool supplies (pool liner, hose etc).

Great quality products, wrapped/ packaged well, speedy delivery (same day dispatch if ordered before 14:00 and next day delivery) customer service is on point with this company as I’ve called up twice and both times got through to someone with ease and both staff members were helpful.

I ordered pretty late and they arrived at excellent speed. Make sure you border the right size. I ordered twice because the first one I tried was nowhere near what I imagined when I blew it up .

Really responsive and easy to use service. I hired a TENS machine to support me during labour and it was great.

Placed an order after midnight on a Sunday night/monday morning with 24hr tracked RM delivery. Order was processed and dispatched by 10 am that same Monday morning and delivered to me the next day. Incredible response for baby supplies which are often needed urgently by disorganised people like me.

Very helpful company, good customer service with very friendly and polite staff, very simple process of delivery and collection, I found the oasis pool i brought more than up to the task and found my labour in the pool really helpful! Well.worth the money and the least fuss possible, easy clean up too?

We ordered the birth pool quite late, I was already 39 weeks. The pool came instantly and surpassed our expectations. Everything was labelled clearly and the instructions were very clear. The pool itself was great, it even had a seat! It was a great addition to the birth itself. Returning the pool was so easy!! The courier service came to pick it up the day after we called. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is amazing.
