We booked our trip to Australia, Newzealand, Fiji with Home and Away. Sandip was very knowledgeable and nothing was any much trouble . I rarely give feedback, but this time I felt it was necessary.
Many companies take payment and then lose interest once they’ve got what they want. That was not the case with Irfan. From the moment payment was made, he provided outstanding service from A to Z. I can’t fault his professionalism or honesty — he went above and beyond, and it genuinely meant a lot to me.
Irfan delivered a great customer experience and showed what real customer service looks like. Anyone booking should ask for Irfan.
I truly hope Home and Away management recognises who is actually making a difference, and that other staff learn from the level of service Irfan provides.
