The best lab for do everiting

Let me first say that running a business is not easy and takes a lot of hard work. However, I do also believe that the simple essence of good business is providing value in exchange for money being paid. As a result, I provide the following feedback not to demean anyone’s hard work. It’s to be honest about the value I received. Your experience might end up being different from mine (particularly if they address the following feedback).
First, I did not experience the promise they made on their website that you would receive the same-day service despite providing all the necessary information they requested for on time.
Second, getting across to them is almost impossible. No one answered the calls for about four days when I tried reaching out to them. The same thing went for the messaging on their website. The only time I got a prompt response from the messaging app on their website was before I purchased their service. Afterwards, it was only through emails they responded to me which also took hours (often only in the night).
Third, they made many mistakes in the actual doctor’s report which was initially written. It looked rushed and I had to push back before it was done properly (which again took a few days).
In the end, they did get the job done but it was a nightmare process I would be very careful before purchasing their service. I wouldn’t also recommend their service if you are on a tight deadline to get a doctor’s report or test results from them.

Ordered a fit to fly letter after my midwife and GP had been very unhelpful. Turnaround was really quick. I even told them the wrong airline by mistake and they redid the whole letter for me to fit the requests of the other airline. Very speedy responses. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Requested a pregnancy fit to fly, all I had to do was upload screenshots of my antenatal care summaries etc and my I.D
Feel so reassured now that I'll be able to fly to my destination God-willing.

I flew with british airways from london heathrow to dubai at 30 -31 weeks pregnant. On the return flight I was asked for my fit to fly letter. It was Accepted with no issues. The letter arrived 30 mins after completing the required info (which was very easy to do) . Very happy with service.
