It's a good platform
It's a good platform, let down by the constant having to authorise logging in on the web as it doesn't recognise the browser even though I have been logging in with the same browser every time.

You’re absolutely right that repeated login authorisations can get annoying, especially when you’re using the same browser every time. The good news is that you can ease this a bit:
When you log in, you can “trust” the device/browser you regularly use. Once a device is trusted, you won’t be asked for 2FA every single time (except in certain cases, e.g. clearing cookies, using private/incognito mode, or major browser updates).
In short:
• Keep using the same browser and device
• Make sure cookies are enabled and not cleared automatically
• Choose the option to trust this device when prompted
That way, you still get strong security, but with fewer “are you really you?” interruptions. If you like, I can also send you step-by-step instructions based on the device and browser you’re using.

Shocked to receive nil interest on six figure cash balances
It took me a while to get a reason as to why I had over $100k in cash but was receiving no interest! I was not a VIP client, therefore had no interest on cash balances! Needless to say, I have moved my cash elsewhere.

We do want to clear something up though, as it may be useful for others reading this too: we do pay interest on uninvested cash balances above £5,000, and you can see exactly what that looks like using our interest calculator here: https://www.home.saxo/en-gb/campaigns/interest-rates-cal
As an investment platform first and foremost, we’ll always encourage clients to put their money to work — but we absolutely recognise that sometimes cash needs to sit on the sidelines, and we want to be fair and transparent about what that earns.
The rates won’t match a dedicated savings account, but they’re there.

Good UK broker.
They take security very seriously which can be a bit onerous. However obviously for the greater good. I like the platform but could do with modernising to bring up to what charles schwabb, in America, offer. But better than what a lot of broker's in u.k provide.

When I rang I was delighted to find that my call was answered by Jaya, she had dealt with a previous query. Immediately I could relax, knowing that I would get the best service and attention.
Once again she answered my query with both knowledge and patience. She eased my mind about concerns I had with a delisting company, CRH. Jaya even remembered elements of a previous conservation earlier in the month. She said she would enquire into the transfer of my shares to the NYSE and would contact me with her findings a little later in the day. Much to my satisfaction, she did just that.
Saxo can be satisfied that, in Jayo, they have a staff member of the highest quality.
