Update: I was able to get a full refund, and still keep my Xenomorph. I made the purchase via PayPal, and since I had plentiful evidence that the company was trying to rook me, I won the dispute. This company first was only willing to give me a 15% refund, but when I kept turning it down, they eventually bumped it up to 40%. So if you paid via PayPal or your credit card, contact them immediately, if something like this happens to you. And save your receipts, emails, delivery info and so on. Since I was able to provide what I ordered, paid for and them trying to rook me, it was a slam dunk for me to win. Hope this helps anyone who may be dealing with this.
So back in June, I saw an ad on Pinterest for the emotional support Xenomorph and Predator, so I purchased it. They only sent me one of them, so I asked to see if maybe the other one was sent separate. I have been getting the same form email, asking me if I wish to return it for a refund, and what to do to receive it. I don't want a refund, I just want the other half of what I ordered. It's very simple, I paid for both, just send me the one I didn't get, and we're good. If they send me the same email again, I will send it back. In one email, they asked if I could provide a photo of the issue. How can I send a picture of the missing piece, when I don't have it ? I screenshotted what I ordered, and told them how to correct the issue and it's like they don't want to keep you as a customer. I'm so frustrated.
