I applied for Umrah visa and charged me 195£, they didn’t provide any proof of application and promised the visa will be processed within 3 days. It took them 15 days and told me the visa is rejected. I have been contacting them for the past week for refund and rejection letter yet I have been ignored.
DODGY COMPANY! This will be reported to the police.

I had a very smooth experience with them. The customer representative was always responsive and pro active to guide. They provided me best hotels-transportation as well as flights within my budget. I definitely recommend them.

Amir was ready to help us even when we were in Makkah and Madina, trying to find alternative drivers for our ziyarat packages. He was always on standby, very trustworthy and friendly character.

The service was great which lead to an amazing experience, highly recommend!

I checked the Ramzan Umrah prices on last moments and these were very much competitive as compare to prevailing in the market. They confirmed that tickets are also ATOL Protected too.

FRAUDS! This is what they are. They make money by scamming people. Do not be fooled by their cheap quotes. They have lied at every single occasion. The worst travel agency I’ve ever come across. They lied about the packages I booked and took visa money without providing any visa. Hotels weren’t confirmed and they faked hotel vouchers. Dont trust anything they say. Spend the extra money and go with a legit company. The Agents in particular Waqas and Amir are big time scammers.

The worst travel agency ever. Having booked umrah package, paid most of it 6 montth before departure, no confirmation of hotels. All lies, did not give package that they offered, changed flight airports!!
Been chasing everyday all they say is next week! The day before offered 4 other hotels each hotel picked changed. Forced to go with the one they chose as it was the day of departure! Even rang the hotel they did not confirm why should we be confirming this?? The hotel voucher they supply just a generic fake voucher which is not confirmed

The package consists flights hotel transport and visa, yet no visa supplied!! And took the money for it no refund given.
Was stranded in madinah as the hotel was NOT booked and confirmed. After hours of arguing sorted a hotel. I would definitely not book with these lot ever again. Just lies after lies. Amir the guy who was in charge could not get hold of his colleagues kept saying he is busy. Just so bad. Typical
AVOID AT ALL COST! Pay that lil extra if u have to for that oeace of mind. Not worth it with tis bunch.

I booked my trip to Umrah from holy travels Mr. Ali who booked this trip for me he is very kind, friendly and cooperative during booking my trip follow the instruction i given to him, specially the transport he booked for me for Umrah trip was wonderful with good price, i really appreciate transport organizer Mr. Nazim Hussain he is very friendly, cooperative and kind hearted person his transport service is wonderful on time drivers are also very friendly and helpful, in Makkah and Madinah, May Allah bless them and their family Ameen they doing a wonderful job, i highly recomended if you want to book transport please tell them to book your transport with Mr Nazim Hussain,

If there was a rating less than one, i would have selected that. Don’t even think about it. What they do is that, they make you pay for accommodation and flight knowing full well that you wouldn’t get a visa. Over £1000 gone just like that. It would have been my first experience to perform umrah and was going to be a birthday gift for my self but they ruined it for me. I hope i recover from this and be able to book another one in future.
