Scam. They did not send the order or respond to my emails requesting a refund. I am now waiting for a charge back through the bank. Don’t risk it.

Managed to bad a couple of packs of Pokémon 30th celebration booster packs. Paid on Klarna. Had a dispatch notification but no tracking number. Website has since closed down. Luckily I paid on Klarna as they were a new company and I wanted to ensure I could get my money back. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

The site has since been taken down- this is absolutely a scam. The card payment goes to this address.
No response to emails
No tracking for products ordered.
Then the site closes.
Has been reported to Action Fraud, I suggest you do the same

Bought an ETB.

Emailed and asked about delivery and they said my query will be passed to the dispatch team.

Chased them again and got no response. Finally got a dispatched email and ive asked for tracking twice and got no response.

Looking at Facebook, they’re doing a trick where they say its dispatched and when you ask for proof or a refund, they demand the goods back. Obviously you never received it to send back as they most likely never sent it!

AVOID THIS SCAM!

they won't reply to your email asking for tracking number or even company number. But if you email them from a separate address that you haven't done business with calling them a scam they will reply to that right away.

Ordered goods, messages back and fourth about my order being shipped failed to provide tracking even though was told the tracking number would be provided upon shipping.

Order has apparently been shipped but no tracking provided, all over social media that this company scams keeps your money and doesn't send the goods.

AVOID.

I will remove this review if I receive my goods (very doubtful though)

Ordered 2x ETBs. Emailed ahead of ordering as it was showing as pre-order. They confirmed they had the stock in the warehouse and it would be send early the following week. Hadn’t had anything mid-week so asked for an update, was told all orders ordered before a date had been shipped but because of so many orders, the software is glitching. A week later, still no order or tracking number despite numerous follow ups.

Have requested a refund and was told if I don’t return the items (which I never even received) they would be taking me to court.

Scam. Taken a substantial amount of money and will not refund, say items dispatched a week ago but cannot provide any tracking codes. Suspect not in the UK as they only reply to email in the evenings.

Every response is "Wait another day" "it'll be there monday" "No tracking because of a system issue"

Appealing website as it pretends to have preorders, limits per customer etc. Even the customer service replies lull you into a false sense of security. But its all a scam.
