Holmes Carpets 

I spoke to Steven Holmes on Monday 1st March,We agreed a price and he arranged for one of his fitters, Vinny, to come the next day. Vinny did an outstanding job, the floor is fabulous.
The service from Holmes Carpets is exceptional, the price very reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting to have their floors done to a fantastic standard in super quick time.

The fitters came promptly and my carpet was fitted very well and my old carpet taken away. I would use Holmes Carpets again. The service has been excellent.

Put an advert out to fit my vinyl flooring and got a response within the day. The following day the fitter was out and did a great job. Professional, punctual and very well mannered. Over the moon with the job. Will be using again

Really good service from Holmes Carpets. Quick turn around from booking the measurer, Malcolm, to choosing the carpet and the fitters, Carl and Jordan, completing the fitting today. The carpet was a really good price and looks great in the living room! The fitting was excellent and Carl and Jordan moved furniture that I couldn't move alone and put it all back in the right place. They even reconnected the TV and hoovered up the bits. Great service. Would recommend and will use again for the stair carpet. Mags, Prestwich

A Big  Thank you to Graham and Sean for an amazing  job fitting my carpet in the whole house. I am really happy with the works,  which was done to an excellent standard. They arrived on time , left the house tidy and were hard working from the moment they arrived till they left and were also very quick.

Social distance was kept at all times and made the whole experience stress free.

Thanks to Malcolm who came to measure, Lee who finalised the quote and coordinated the works and to Rob and his partner who fitted the laminate flooring. I have had an amazing and stress free experience and will recommend to friends and family. The price of the works was also affordable.

Honestly I'm so thankful I found Holmes Carpets! Me and my partner just bought our first house and needed a full house of flooring. After being quoted crazy amounts. I was shocked at the cost of Holmes Carpets. When I went up to store I thought they'd only have a small selection. How wrong I was! Their selection is HUGE and amazing quality!

We had been served by Lee and honestly his customer service skills are next to none! Lee, Steven the team worked to get us the perfect package at a great cost. They honestly couldn't of done more if they tried!
They even managed to fit us in in a busy December as our house was completed earlier than first though!

I'm sure we had nearly ever member of staff at our house at some point making sure the flooring was fitted. But a massive thank you to Carl, Jordon and Graham! The work you've done is amazing! And it's made our first home complete!

Recently had some lovely LVT fitted throughout all downstairs. I couldn't be happier. Got wot i wanted at a good price. The fitters were top. On time. Meticulous and did their best to give me wot I wanted. Big thanks to Kade and Kyle for their hard work(especially Kade for working on the job till finished and under some difficult circumstances) I'd have them back again anytime in the future. Even misses was chuffed.

I've just had all of downstairs fitted with LVT and carpets changed in both bedrooms and am really pleased with the result! All the work took place over a 3 day period and has completely changed the look of my house in such a short space of time. The LVT fitters even finished a day earlier than expected!

Just had our whole house carpeted and it looks fantastic! We are very pleased. Thank you Holmes Carpets for exceptional customer service from start to finish. The guy in the shop ( sorry don't know his name) was friendly and helpful not pushy! Stephen who came to measure up and give us a quote was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to arrange different dates for fitting due to us decorating everywhere making it less stressful.
The fitters who were friendly and polite always turned up on time did an excellent job, from the guy who fitted the bedroom carpets to Carl and Jordan who fitted the lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing were very hard working and nothing was too much trouble, they also vacuumed up afterwards which was a bonus!
I would highly recommend Holmes Carpets to family and friends 100%👌

Couldn’t have gone better, from initial agreement of product and cost with Lee to the install with Carl and Jordan - an efficient, minimal lead-in dealt with superbly by a conscientious and friendly team.

Special mention to Carl for enforcing COVID-19 measures including wiping down any surfaces they’d touched ie door handles.

Wouldn’t hesitate in coming to you first when we next require services that yourselves offer.

The two men who came to fit 3 carpets in my bedrooms were superb. They helped move furniture around, fitted the carpets perfectly, hoovered up afterwards, and bascially couldn't do enough to help. The service was good with regards to measurement and setting up the fit (a week after I'd chosen the carpet), highly recommended

THE customer service at Holmes is excellent and the choice of carpets is extensive. We chose to have our whole house carpeted and laminated and we are really pleased with the results. The fitters really went out of their way and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.
