Just money making scheme...dont care about customers. 0 stars for them

I dislike hollywood the games are tough to win my I hvnt won anything. In two weeks of playing.we spend so much money and time yet dey don't even gve something back in return like free spin etc all u get is a sign up bonus I have seen some promotion but I think gamers rarely show interest because it's complicated and prizes are never won..so il gve u 1 star Hollywood if I could I would make it 0.im deactivating my account and IL spread the bad website yourl have become

I've been a customer for over 10 years now, reason being the lay out of the platform was simply and straight forward. I HATE THIS NEW PLATFORM OR SITE. If something is working just fine, you don't change it.

On Saturday 23th May2026 I withdrew using their Nedbank cash send imali.Since then my request has been pending until today.
I have emailed and even reported the issue on their live chat everyday and the only response I have got is that 'the issue will be escalated to the higher department ' but still no change.

I only asked for that money to be reversed back to my Hollywoodbets account or send me details like voucher number & pin but still they keep saying it will be escalated but I see is all lies because today one of their agent told me the issue is reported today.

I have lost a lot of money in Hollywoodbets but they refuse to pay me R250.I told them I want to close my account since they can't be trusted but first I want my money,unfortunately even it's been a week now waiting and begging for my money and no one seems to care.

I have already sent my complain to the Provicial Gambling Board regarding this matter.I hope i will get help,and if i don't I will move it further to the National Gambling Board.

Lastly I would like to warn people to stop using Hollywoodbets because they now work as scammers.

I had a problem with the company on payment, they wanted a proof of address, I tried so many times to upload and was rejected yet it was legit and from the bank. I don't know why they react that way. At the end everything came ok They must imorove their system.

The biggest online betting site that scams the gambler out of his money. Most people addicted to gambling are the poorer people trying to make a few extra rands. They target a few games where they might have been lucky in the past. But unfortunately the algorithm is such that the person will continue trying to recover his money. I know they put up a slogan that says " Gambling is an addiction, blah blah blah. You are crooked scammers.

Kindly assist regarding my suspended/closed Hollywoodbets account issue which has been ongoing since 2025 with no proper assistance or resolution.

I have been calling and making follow-ups continuously from Monday until today. I was repeatedly informed that a supervisor by the name of Nhlanhla would contact me, but until now nobody has called me back. Every day it is a different story with no actual progress.

I have fully cooperated and submitted everything that was requested from me, including:

* Bank statement
* KYC documents
* Voucher serial numbers
* Voucher numbers

Despite providing all required information, my issue still remains unresolved.

I was also given ticket/reference number: 36447051 by an agent named Tlangelani for supervisor follow-up, but nothing has happened.

At this point I am extremely frustrated because more than R20,000 of my money is being held with no proper feedback or timeline for resolution. I need immediate assistance and I want my funds released as soon as possible.

Please treat this matter as urgent because I am tired of receiving the same promises and no action.

I would really advise people not to play Hollywoodbets.
They really scam people. Once you srtart winning or you can see that there is a good play the game freezes, goes out then back again with a whole different screen. Then it just takes your money. on every game it gives you 1 kinda bigger win and then it takes it all.

Gambling Is not good for you and I know its advised again but I do it for the fun and this is not fun when they are really unethical

I am submitting a formal complaint against Hollywoodbets regarding my account.

I deposited funds into my account using my own details and payment method. My account has now been placed under “audit” for over two weeks.

During this time:

I have not been given a clear reason for the audit
I have not been provided with any timeframe for completion
I have not been informed of any additional requirements from my side
Despite contacting their support multiple times, I am only told to wait, with no further explanation.

I am concerned that my funds are being unfairly withheld without proper communication or justification.

I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that my funds are either released or that I am provided with a clear and valid explanation in line with regulatory requirements.

I am happy to provide any supporting documents if required.

Been a member for many years. Of recent seems like it's all rigged, speaking from experience. Mystic fortune is rigged and it's so obvious because it's visible when it freezes and u can see what was supposed to land yet it blinks n completely different set appears. Gives errors like cannot communicate with wallet or just kicks u out the games. In the past atleast the games will give a little and take which kept the player entertained.... Now all it does is take.. Gives nothing and the features blink n gives u cents.. It's ridiculous. Thinking of deleting my account. After so many years url now made this a joke.

Gosh,I have been playing Hollywood Bets for a little while now,
...without any luck of winning,fortunately for me I don't play big money.Then I was curious about what other players have to say about HB.
Low and behold...the bad reviews!!
Question is now? What is HB doing about these reviews,are they resolving the most frequent ask questions?,or they not taking their players plea for assistance seriously?

Hollywoodbets is the worst.
They have rigid all games it does not give the feature, You can play hundreds of rands and you will not get the feature.
Everytime I add money to Hollywoodbets they rob me, if I put R50 my balance will reflect has R49.
This is one of the most pathetic sites.

I believe Hollywood Spina zonke is rigged especially games like Hot hot fruit. You can deposit thousand of rand then spin all your money without even getting a single big win or feature triggered.

Lodged complaints fall on deaf ears.

You will never be listened to with your raised concern.

You ask to speak to a Manager and a staff instead is shoved at you to deal with the short comming.

Horrific experience.
