Fast, responsive, nothing was a hassle. Personally i dont find alot of time to sit down and discuss options and recommendations in one sitting. Being able to whatsapp and layout requirements that were well understood and to be able to come back to it knowing all the info would be there was a game changer. Top class customer service.

Absolutely fantastic experience.

I met the team but I was really hesitant to try out something new, especially due to the options available.

However, I went with my guts and the experience was next level. I got hooked with their VIP package and I got Sofitel Dubai for 150 Eur less over a couple nights only (Even more If I decided to opt for half board) but more importantly the booking experience was unbeliveable.

If you like flying business/first classes or stay at great hotels, the experience with Holiwise equals that for the booking part. They take care of you really well and you feel so much better about the whole trip.

We booked our honeymoon trip to Zanzibar through Holiwise, and it couldn’t have gone any better. We stayed at RIU Palace Zanzibar, and Holiwise not only matched the rate offered on RIU’s official website, but they also included a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch!

On top of that, they arranged us private transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, relieving us from finding a taxi in the middle of the night in a foreign country. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and communication was simple and friendly.

This was actually my fifth time using Holiwise in the past year for personal travel, and they continue to live up to the high standards they set from the beginning. They consistently offer better rates than the major booking sites like Hotels.com or Booking.com, especially as a Premium member, along with personalized extras that make a real difference.

I’ll definitely keep using Holiwise as my go-to travel agency for hotel bookings — their service, pricing, and attention to detail are unmatched in my opinion.

I saw about the company in a business magazine and decided to try them for an upcoming trip to Japan. They really exceeded my expectations and found good prices on both airline tickets and hotels. I got one person to text with, not a useless bot and when there was a problem, mostly because of my fault they solved it immediately. Couldnt be happier
