These bags are beautifully made!
These bags are beautifully made. I got 2 totes (personalized) with free wallets, plus a 2nd order with a handbag. This was my first order, so I was a bit nervous ordering gifts, but it was SO worth it! The construction is excellent. So many little details, like the corner reinforcement and the beautiful yellow lining - so soft. Zippers all work perfectly and the option of having a shoulder strap is perfect. The bags arrived well wrapped to keep them safe from rain. Pay attention to the shipping details - this isn't overnight. I ordered well ahead of the birthday so no issues with that for me. Highly recommend them.

Warn people that it comes from China
Warn people that it comes from China. That prepares people for a very long shipping. The product is beautiful and the time it took to complete it was tolerable. But the shipping was ridiculous. The tracker was useless. It showed my package flying from China to LA for a month. I won't shoo from Holistic bags again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with shipping. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when tracking isn’t helpful.
While our office is based in the US, our manufacturing in Hong Kong allows us to offer competitive prices, but we know that can lead to longer shipping times.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you better in the future. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
