The only reason to give 5 stars is the only fact that your company executive Ms. Katherine guided me throughout the process of visa. And she was very informative about the process. I’m thankful to her for visa guidance and support.

But at the same time I was disappointed by the company personal who has provided the travelling ticket details was not quite right. Which I think may have affected me not getting a multiple entry Schengen visa and instead I ended up with getting single entry for the same. I don’t know that person name, otherwise I would have mentioned it.

My Schengen Visa was refused because they provide a fake document for my accommodation. They show very unprofessional behaviour now they didn't respond me. Due to their unprofessional work I loss £1500. Not recommended at all plz stay away from them.
