my family an I were travelling back from nz we thought we got bargin tickets but we didn't and wandered why we never got our etickets after numerous phone calls emails, which by the way the number given is not correct , the guy on the phone who I dealt with was completely rude and basically yelled at me for apparently not reading my emails because apparently the email that they supposedly sent had on there I had to pay an additional 1500 for luggage after paying already 3000 it's a scam to make more money for there company please if you are trying to get flights online avoid this company at all costs please I wouldn't want it happening to others the biggest scam out there holiday cart

I had the worst experience with…
I had the worst experience with Holidaycart. They are complete scammers and liars. Everything they promised was fake—misleading information, no support, and hidden charges everywhere. I booked a vacation through them, and it was a total disaster. They refused to refund my money even though they failed to deliver on their promises. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude. Please don’t trust this company or waste your money booking through them. Avoid at all cost!!

As per our records, you had requested to cancel your flight booking scheduled for departure on January 21, 2025. Since your booking was non-refundable, we offered a tax refund of £90.00 GBP, in accordance with the airline’s policies.
As a travel agency, we are required to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the suppliers and airlines associated with your booking. Unfortunately, a full refund is not possible in this case, as your booking was classified as non-refundable.
While we understand your desire for a full refund, we regret that we are unable to accommodate this request, as it falls outside of the refund policy.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE
Please avoid this company at all costs!! They are a complete scam. As with most of the other reviews I booked my flight with them only to be called by them the next day asking for a further £660 for my baggage!!
I did have my transaction cancelled eventually but initially they were refusing a refund
They are rude, lying, scamming thieves and if only I had read reviews on here I would have known better
Do not use this company. They need to be shut down

Scam ??
I have been told my flights out are all of a sudden not available but my flight home is fine , they said I need to pay an additional £300+ pounds, but I checked the airline website and there’s loads of availability for the flight times I’ve chosen, very strange?? An additional charge is unessecary and seems a scam. Would be appreciative of a response and resolve this.
