I recently had a terrible experience with this company. They charged me a fake fare, and the final cost was far higher than what was initially quoted. Despite contacting their customer service, they refused to address the issue or offer any refund.

This feels like a scam, as the charges were misleading, and they are clearly exploiting customers. I advise anyone considering using this company to be extremely cautious, as you might end up overpaying for a service that isn't transparent about its pricing.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

whoever reading the comment please report the company to companies house plus if they are registered with IATA report them

They are scammers scumbag running company from overseas they are not registered with companies house they advertise cheap ticket and then they say they will send the ticket in 24-48hrs AVOID the ticket never comes

Scammers-- If you have already booked the ticket with them and if they are saying there is no luggage , Dont panic, dont listen to them. Just ask them to issue you the original ticket without the luggage you booked with them. They will say that fine and ticket will be sent in 48 hours ( that's big Lie they don't have ticket to start with ) but they wont give you the ticket within 48 . If you are new and reading this dont book it. scammers . they don't have tickets which they are showing on their website. how they work is they show you the cheap tickets and once you have paid them the money they will use the same money you paid them to blackmail you to book expensive flight. Just avoid...all the 5 star reviews are fake .....

This company are scammers , they take your money for a flight they advertise but they have no intention of giving you the flight at the price they quote, DO NOT USE THEM , THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE AUTHORITIES , all the five star reviews are fake. Price n fly use these scammers

Do not book with holidaycart they are scam artists.... firstly they offer what seems like a really cheap flight to suck you in but once they have sent you the flight details and taken your payment they will call from the CFS Salesline on Whatsapp saying that no luggage has been booked with the flight although this is not stated when you book, they then asked for very high additional amount per ticket to include luggage. I already took this as a red flag and told them I would fly without luggage, they called back after another couple of days saying the flight is not available without luggage, offered an alternative flight at a higher price, I asked for my money back at that point and they told me that I would have to wait until a few days before the flight was due to leave knowing that if it fell through in peak season I would be unable to fly unless i paid for a much more expensive flight (blackmailed). Told me I was wait listed with the airline.... this was untrue also told me that the flight i booked was subject to change in their terms and conditions another lie (well maybe in their terms fine print)... tried to pressurize me to book another more expensive flight..... put a lean on my bank account for the amount of the flights but did not take the money so was unable to use that to book another flight at the time and the price was rising daily.... do not use these scammers they do not have the flight they are promising you when you first book... only trying to force you to book an alternative at much more expensive price once they have sucked you in..... they are using absolutely disgraceful practices that the airlines should not be allowing to happen.

Please note this is scam company, advertising flights for very cheap rates and then don't issue tickets and says you are placed on waiting list (which is never the case with airline). be aware. They put false positive reviews, do not be DECEIVED, don't buy it, you'll remember my word.

I wanted to buy a flight from Gothenburg to Dar es salaam, it was on Jetcost UK website, when i wanted to buy, the jetcost UK website redirected the searching to holidaycart.net, i bought the flight for £499 but at then there was no confirmation email received, no booking reference, no nothing.
DO NOT BUY ANY FLIGHT ON HOLIDAYCART.NET IT IS A SCAM.
