HOLD Kings Cross - Self Storage Anmeldelser

Very helpful team (James, Dan, and Terrence) and great storage unit!

Clean space, very profesional. Great price as well. Special thanks to Terrance

I found the location, access and price to all be satisfactory. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful customer service! I was helped by Terrence and he made my experience very smooth and seamless :)

The location is in central London, with clean storage and very helpful staff, especially in amending my vacate date. I asked for a 1-month extension, but I only needed 1 week at the end.

Terence was amazing and very helpful, figured out a way with my contract.

Terrance and bernardo were great

Really easy to out your stuff in, the staff is so nice and will help if you have any issues. The storage is safe and clean as well. Special mention to Dan who was always very helpful!

Excellent location and very convenient self-service access. It gives me a lot of flexibility moving things in and out, which really benefited my travel. The staffs are all very kind and helpful, phone & email contact are accessible as well. Plenty of space to choose from for storage.

Excellent service from contact to vacating my storage unit. Friendly and knowledgeable with great facilities at competitive prices. I would thoroughly recommend Hold to anyone in the vicinity looking for storage.

Previously stored my business inventory at Big Yellow. Haven't regretted switching to Hold Self Storage once. All the staff have been amazing from the initial quote stage through to move in and ongoing storage. They really try to find you solutions, help where they can and make you as comfortable as possible. Best service I've received and amazing customer service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had to use the storage for a couple of weeks whilst I was in between places. I picked Hold Storage not only because it has the most competitive pricing for the period I needed, the staff (Dan) was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to take me through the whole process, showed me around and explained everything in detail. The storage is also at a very convenient location, it is incredibly safe, secure and clean.

I had a genuinely great experience with Hold Storage. James, the manager, was helpful from the very beginning and made everything really easy for me. He even arranged 24‑hour access, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the whole process. The place itself is clean, organised, and simple to use. I really appreciate the support and the way they look after their customers. Definitely recommend.

The best team. The best storage. Thank you so much.

HOLD Storage was a really smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organised, which gave me confidence leaving my belongings there. I especially liked how easy the access system was—being able to get in and out without hassle made a big difference.
The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and helping me choose the right unit size. The 24/7 security and CCTV also made me feel my items were safe at all times. Overall, I’d definitely recommend HOLD to anyone needing reliable storage in London.
