I chose the HMC clinic to resolve a very difficult dental situation, and I believe I made the right choice. The clinic is modern and clean, and the entire team is welcoming and kind. It is located in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and bars; the area is safe and well-connected to the city center. The hotel where I stayed was practically right across from the practice and offered every comfort.

I found a high level of expertise and professionalism among all the doctors, assistants, staff members, and even the driver. Communication was never an issue, as many staff members speak both Italian and English.

I would like to extend a special thank you and my compliments to Dr. Rovena and Dr. Indrit (the doctors who treated me most consistently). Despite their youth, they already demonstrate remarkable experience and skill. Ariola also deserves a mention for her constant helpfulness in handling so many different matters.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of serious dental treatment at prices that are unbeatable compared to those in Italy.

Service was good and process was straightforward.

I have visited this clinic a total of three times from the UK. Initially, I thought I needed two implants, but after several x rays I discovered I needed far more.
Firstly, the clinic is immaculate & feels more like the lobby of a fancy hotel. The staff, from the ladies on reception to the dentists & the nurse's are extremely friendly & welcoming & have a great deal of knowledge as well as extremely high standards.
After addressing the remedial work I needed, I decided on some cosmetic procedures. It would have been easy to get carried away & could easily have been up sold, but they were very good at not letting me get carried away.
All in all, I'm extremely impressed with this clinic & what they were able to achieve given the underlying problems I had.
I don't think I've ever written such a glowing review, but to say I was impressed is an understatement. I should also mention, that they all speak perfect English. More so than my usual dentist at home!

Firstly my experience with Alba (one of the customer rep) was awesome, then after meeting her in person, it was love at first time, her personality was astonishing. She was kind and humble too. She was my go to.

Meeting with the Doctors, who attended to me, they are phenomenal. They gave me the best treatment even though I planned to just fix my crowns but after seeing my Xray, an implant and a temporary crown was best for me to do and to come back in 4 months for the permanent crowns.

The Doctors were amazing while treating me, Dr Oreo offered his fingers for me to hold tight but not cut if off during my front tooth extraction. lol.
Every one at the HMC connected with me, al through my 5 days including the CEO. To mention, they warmth my heart with a birthday song as I was there on my birthday which was the 3rd day of my treatment.

I can confidently say the HMC is a home of love despite offering dental care . I love them all, Alba, Leona, Sabrina, Dr Oreo, and a female Dr too (I call her my flower or beautiful). Actually, words cannot express how I feel about them.

It was a great experience

I began the process of having implants last summer (July 2025). I live in the USA and, as a teacher, have my vacations/holidays set by the school calendar. I explained, in advance last year, that I would not be able to return for an entire year to have the permanent implants seated. The fabulous dentist set temporary crowns on one side of my mouth and a retainer of sorts on the other side (due to the time one side needed to heal properly). One year later, I returned (June 2026) and had phase two completed. The staff, some of whom were new and others I knew from the previous year's visits, were just a fabulous as they had been on my first visits. The professionalism and attention to detail are both unsurpassed. The facilities are sparkling clean and very modern. The welcoming feelings, the kindness, the patience all make each visit a joy. I am so grateful to everyone at HMC and recommend this facility to any-/everyone! Thank you all! Smiles, A'Lease

Buongiorno, con piacere lascio una recensione su questa clinica. Appena arrivata ho subito respirato un clima accogliente. I dottori sono stati molto bravi: attenti alla cura dentale ma anche della persona. I prezzi sono davvero competitivi. Un particolare grazie a Ilda che mi ha seguito in modo scrupoloso.
