Can’t comment yet on the product yet as not received it yet, but would like to say the customer service from Olivia has been fantastic after ordering it and then realising I would be away at the World Cup for the delivery, so asked if I could change my delivery address, incredibly prompt reply and address changed! Look forward to see if products as good as their customer service

I've had the HLTH band for a few weeks and it's become an integral part of life! As a midlife woman, it's so reassuring to be able to track my own health metrics when I want. I particularly appreciate the holistic view that it provides of my own body. The band is very comfy - I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it! Great product 👍

Having done the research, I took the plunge! The purchase process was straight forward and the communication about the order was good. The delivery service was the only negative but that is not the fault of HLTH. I reached out to see why my product was stuck in the Yodel warehouse, and the agaent from HLTH provided me with a positive update on delivery. Since the product arrived I have been impressed with the ease of set-up, and the level of data available for view, overall a good investment and a lot less faff than cuff style BP monitoring. The supporting videos (YouTube) make getting to know and navigating the product easy.

First one was defective and was replaced, second one took so long to set up but got it set up. Instructions are pathetically poor. So I must wait and compare it when I go for my check up next week to give a true valuation

Had a couple of queries after ordering. Both promptly resolved by Olivia, product has arrived, set up was child’s play and generating useful data that I’m cross checking with my static test machines. Overall impressive

I had a couple of minor issues in tracking my band after it appeared to go missing, but Olivia in customer service was excellent and told me to try a different QR tracking code (which she sent me) - I was pretty cynical if I’m being honest but it worked and I’m now the proud owner of a HLTH tracker. Too early to review the band itself but so far so good!!

Great customer service specially from Olivia who helped me track my order till it got delivered. Great communication with her.

A big thankyou to Olivia for her quick response to my problem with getting connected, she made it very easy for me to get sorted, now I'm up and running and its all working well

What an excellent product. I was taking my blood pressure daily and recording. This device does it for you. It’s Perfect! The stats on the app are great. The band is brilliant. I can wash, sleep , swim in it. The battery is awesome. Can’t fault it really

Hlth fitness band is a great product, customer service has been incredible. The band works really well at tracking blood pressure I have checked against my traditional machine and the readings match up. The charge lasts forever, I've had it weeks and not needed to charge it which is great. Fantastic product, fantastic customer service, couldn't recommend enough.

Most impressed. Reviews I read before purchase questioned accuracy of readings on device.
My experience HLTH on my left wrist, good quality reader on my right wrist, showed over multiple readings a minimal difference 1/2 on blood pressure and pulse.
Bought as at 83 years old and just starting a cancer cycling appeal I felt I needed to monitor my heart. Especially to check for improvement over time.
Only in use two weeks so time will tell.
My only complaint, 4 stars not 5, is that the device is only secured on one end so sometimes catches and needs adjustment.

Great little device with no subscriptions.
Had it 6 weeks and charged it for the first time yesterday. Can't grumble at that.

Worth a punt if you think you're in the market for something like this.

If you have any problems, they reply the same day or the very next day. I have a smart health watch, a fitbit sensor 2 and a Qring and this HLTH Band (QWatch). The one that stands out best is the HLTH Band (QWatch) with the Qring a close second. The Qring battery lasts about a week before needing a charge. The HLTH Band last a month which is amazing, no screen to worry if it gets scratched while working. The watch straps seem to irritate my skin, I have no problem with the strap on the HLTH Band. Before i buy anything i always check the reviews hence why I chose the HLTH Band over the Hume Band. They wers a few reviews about the Hume band was not as accurate as they make it out to be
