HKUK Anmeldelser

I bought handles for my new kitchen and have an incredible customer service from them.
Not only the items arrive in time and were perfect also dealing with them was super nice.
Thanks

Great experience from order to delivery; I was advised of the expected delivery date by email and my queries were responded to promptly and courteously. The delivery arrived as promised and was well packaged. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the cornice I had ordered drank basecoat paint as if basecoat was going out of fashion, and I lost count of the number of coats of basecoat and topcoat I had to apply to achieve proper coverage. Still, all good in the end.

When I came across HKUK’s website I was interested in buying their products as their prices are competitive. I will go back to the company again next time as the order arrived the next day and in recyclable packaging.

A relatively straightforward order, but the only place I could get the hinges I needed and be certain they were the right ones.
Price was fair and delivered when expected.
Good work HKUK!

A good range of styles and colours, an easy to use website, reasonable pricing and speedy manufacture and delivery - what's to fault?!

Ease of use of the website, Acknowledgment of order, communication and delivery of my item was first class.
The item received was of good quality. I went with this because they offered a wide range of sizes.

However, there was a problem with the size supplied, it was 10mm too long. Width was correct. I checked my initial order thinking I must have measured incorrectly but no, I ordered 700mm x 310mm and the supplied door was 710mm x 310mm,
Other than this, which I’m sure was a genuine mistake, I would use this company again.

SO pleased with out new kitchen doors. I was trying to match some existing ones and HKUK were really helpful in this and had a much bigger variation of doors than a lot of places. Being able to order a sample door so I could compare was great so I could double check everything was right before doing the order. Doors have been up a few weeks now, look good and seem like they are going to be really durable.

The panel arrived slightly different from what was illustrated on the website. Hannah was very efficient in sorting this out. Communication was excellent and the correct panel arrived on time,
thank you Hannah

Excellent communication and customer service. I made an error with my order and Hannah was very helpful is assisting me with rectifying. Doors were delivered on time and were of good quality. Would recommend to anyone

Looking for a replacement hinge for a kitchen door and had great difficulty finding a 'match' here in N Ireland. Discovered this company after a Google search and amongst their extensive range of products (an easy to use website!) found an exact replacement hinge. Although placed only a small order, price was good and order was received by date promised in perfect condition. Only grumble might be that delivery charge is slightly on high side for a small order (both monetary and size) and appears based on the price of order rather than size/weight/destination. However still good value from what, on my experience, is a customer-friendly company. Would certainly recommend.

Really easy to use website. Found exactly what I wanted almost straight away. Shipping was pretty quick considering the products are made to order. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Having spent many hours searching different websites to find a range of doors to satisfy a customer, I was saved by HKUK, able to get the closest match to a discontinued type door, Traditional would you believe, also able to adjust the sizes to suit, they have all changed too.
The website is clear and easy to use, with full instructions on how to paint your doors if not using one of their many finishes. Delivery date was given, when placing order, so work could be arranged, confirmation of delivery date was sent prior to delivery, as it should be. Great service.

I got exactly what I was looking for!
Great service despite this only being a small order. Very efficient, good communication, good quality and a good price too! What more do you need?

Product as described and quickly and efficiently delivered.

I was in need of 2 under sink kitchen doors and could not find a match then Hannah came to the rescue she sent me a set of colour samples and we found a perfect match. She guided me through many telephone calls and was very knowledgeable professional polite and very understanding.

I was in need of a replacement corner hinge for my kitchen cabinet. I wasn't totally sure the one shown on the website was the correct item so sent a picture as suggested on the website. The reply confirming it was the correct item came through within a couple of hours so I placed the order which was delivered in a couple of days. I even received an email from the person who I sent the picture to confirming that the order had been despatched. Excellent service I thought.

Very helpful when I was looking to match some kitchen doors, service was second to none. Superb

I needed specific hinges for a kitchen cabinet, HKUK had them in stock. Delivery was extremely quick thank you. A very good shopping experience....

I ordered a dishwasher door, this was the only company that I could find that would actually do a fully customised door. It matches so well with the rest of the kitchen and Hannah was amazing at supporting the order and organising delivery. Thank you very much

From start to finish the customer service received from HKUK has been outstanding. I only had to make a small order - 3 cupboard fronts, but it was on behalf of my grandad who can struggle with telephone ordering. Hannah at HKUK was assigned to us and she couldn't have been more helpful. We had many updates regarding the the status of our order and always had very quick responses to emails. The items were delivered exactly when promised and in perfect condition. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you Hannah and HKUK.
