I loved Waldo, their contacts were good quality, soft, not once did my eyes get dried or irritated. Good value and discounts! I hope they come back because I will definitely switch over!

I love that they offered the B12 lenses and hydrating eye drops specifically for your contact lenses! I was sad to see they had to close operations. I need them back on the market!
This last deal for 60% off didn't work. I was charged full price and was told I would receive a refund but didn't. The convenience of getting contacts this way is great, but Waldo has not done a good... Vis mer

CONSTANT delivery Problems...
In the 3 years I have been a loyal customer, ordering monthly or no monthly, there's not ONE time where there's been 6 months of consistent, on-time Delivery of my contacts. Customer Service has always been Great, but that doesn't mean a thing IF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT I NEED, is not on time when I run out of contacts, so that I'm able to SEE. It's just completely frustrating and quite ridiculous imo that a Company cannot even be 3x, 6x even 2x consistent. IF it's such a big company with many Customers, that makes it even WORSE. Make sure your Company can back up the Business they claim to care about and be concerned about timely delivery of such Necessary Medical needs. It's mind boggling to me to think that too much business for your Company to handle creates such a negative affect, when it should be the opposite. I think WALDO is large enough to Compensate for their problems. The "item" delivered to me this time, I couldn't even IDENTIFY. Not a box of contacts, NOT a box at all... It was a flat piece of wet, disgusting looking material of some sort.....?? What other products does WALDO create that I would be receiving something like THIS?! Furthermore, Customer Service verified the tracking number and it IS correct. But also had no clue as to WHAT this product was. CLEARLY not a box of contacts! I wrote "REFUSED" & RTS on it as advised by WALDO CSR and it's being returned. Meanwhile, WALDO offered a $10 credit... REALLY??! VERY terrible resolution. I'm now without contacts for 2 full weeks! Do BETTER WALDO.... PLEASE.

Bad quality product
The contacts arrived fast, I've been wearing the contacts since Tuesday and I do not feel comfortable and I also got red eyes, I stopped wearing it yesterday due the reactions; I'm experiencing some kind of allergic reaction or rejection of contacts, which will actually require me to go to the optician and have my condition checked.
Unfortunately and for sure I will be canceling the product because isn't the quality I expected.

Inconvenience
Two times I was sent contacts when I had paused my account. The first time I had to pay $6 to the postman and the second I returned to sender. Its not a bid deal, just an inconvenience.

Mediocre at Best
Order arrived destroyed and missing items which were replaced. Instead of shipping the usual ones I purchase I received the less expensive ones without B-12 which are not working well at all.Going to have to find somewhere local to purchase from or go back to glasses.

I had a great experience with Waldo. They provide excellent contact lenses and offer fast shipping. I’ve been using their products for a couple of years. They only sent the wrong lenses once, but their customer service was polite and resolved the issue right away. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Charged my card even after I declined…
Charged my card even after I declined payment numerous times before. Wasn't able to pay my full rent and now I have to pay 150.00 in late fees. Very disappointed. Says it was supposed to be delivered today and when I tracked my package, the delivery date was changed sometime today to 8/23/25. Unacceptable. I'll get my refund but who's gonna refund me the 150.00 in late fees I now gotta pay due to your poor customer service
