I loved Waldo, their contacts were good quality, soft, not once did my eyes get dried or irritated. Good value and discounts! I hope they come back because I will definitely switch over!

This last deal for 60% off didn't work. I was charged full price and was told I would receive a refund but didn't. The convenience of getting contacts this way is great, but Waldo has not done a good job as a company ensuring customers are taken care of. Systems are broken consistently.

First off I am very pleased with how easy it was to sign up and everything. Also the free trial is a great promotion. The contacts came pretty quick. However my prescription for one eye was incorrect. This wasn't necessarily due to your company, I may have typed wrong. But hopefully they will make it easy to fix
