We just moved from Scala Hosting's Managed VPS to Hivium's Managed VPS plans. The performance has been better as compared to Scala. The support is almost similar, quick and to the point. The most important aspect is pricing which we are heavily saving on. I would suggest switching to Hivium for the same support as Scala and lower pricing.

We around 2 months back moved from LW to Hivium as the support from LW has been pretty bad from the past 3 years. Support tickets took days to respond and the price increase was enormous. We decided to switch to Hivium and we have been quite happy with the overall performance of the servers and the response from the team when required. Support tickets are answered generally in minutes and not days as LW. The answers are clear and too the point and overall very helpful. We even had the CEO respond to us, when we had an issue, and this proves that the company really cares for our business. We are very happy with our decision to move over to Hivium and we are also suggesting our customers and partners to try out Hivium once.

Hivium is a solid hosting provider; stable, reliable, and backed by friendly human support. The prices are attractive, often beating competitors like OVH and Hostinger.

Made the switch a few days back to Hivium for all our client websites from a Managed WP company as they were forcing us to migrate to a different one in AU. We have been using Hivium primarily for our own website for 2 years and have a nice experience with them. I won't mention names here, but it has been good for us, the plan costs a little less, rest every other thing remains the same for us! The support team from Hivium was excellent and they helped us migrate over 73 websites in 48 hours on a weekend. Impressive to say the least. We will be continuing our journey with Hivium as our overall experience with them has been good.

The response turnaround time was excellent, and I am pleased with the service so far.

I signed up with Hivium a few days earlier for our WooCommerce store for their WooCommerce hosting. The experience so far has been very good. I had used them for another website last year for Black Friday and the experience was very good, with over 5+ crore sales in 3 days, our website never went down. Ankit and his team had optimized the website pretty well. So here I am ready with the second business of ours for this Black Friday, and hope to make more sales.

We signed up for Hivium a month ago and we have been so happy with their WordPress plan. With their recommendations my site went from 800-1000 ms TTFB to around 60-70 ms TTFB. My order rate has increased by around 35% in just 1 month. Money well spent at the the right host. Moved away from the daddy at last.

We had been a long time Siteground customer, and were happy with them. But in the last few years, our prices have gone up so much, it doesn't make sense to pay $400+ for shared hosting, for a business has a small WooCommerce shop with around 20-25 SKUs. We found Hivium on Reddit, and decided to try them out.
We did signup for their Professional plan with Enhance panel, as we found it to be enough for our requirements. Their migration team migrated our data in under an hour and our website was working flawlessly.
We wanted to keep our emails separate from our hosting account and so we subscribed to their email plans, and signed up for the basic starting plan of $5 with 50GB of storage. Their migration team again quickly moved all the emails for us on a Saturday night in under 2 hours.
For around $150 a year we get both hosting and emails and are saving over $250 per year. The customer service is on par with Siteground and sometimes even faster.

Love Hivium! I just migrated 5 sites from the the "GoDaddy" and "Bluehost" and I am already in love with how my website is fast and responsive. Someone had mentioned Hivium on Reddit, and I decided to try them out for 30 days, it looks like I am a forever customer now.

These guys are providing a great hosting environment, that is fast, reliable, and most importantly stable. Really should consider smaller companies like Hivium, which provide good support and services, over giants like Godaddy, Hostinger, etc.

The hosting is good and fast worth every penny. Just tried HyperCDN since yesterday and my images load so fast now.

I have been with Hivium for the past 3-4 months and I must say the service is stellar. They use Enhance Control Panel which took 2-3 days to get used too, but once I got the hang of it, the panel seems to be so much better. Less options, confusion, and super fast operations. Change PHP in one click, docker security, Redis and OpCache cache, and all these result in a very fast website. Our loading time went from 3 seconds on Hostgator to under 1.3 seconds on Hivium with no optimisations on our part.

I would definitely recommend Hivium over other companies.

The support is very helpful and replies with the right resolution in minutes. No beating around the bush. CloudSites is extremely fast.

I have just changed my hosting to Hivium around a month back. The CloudSites platform is amazing and superfast. My website loads in about 2 seconds and it is a WooCommerce website. I am currently on the CS-2 plan. I am very happy with the speed. Also, when I was unable to find out the perfect caching plugin, the support rep Prasad helped me find the right plugin for my website and the plugin works exactly as suggested by them.
