I had made a mistake on an order and ended up double ordering a part. The service desk was very prompt with their help. The order was corrected and my charges were reversed. Good job!

Arrived quickly, fit as it should. Terrible instructions. Found video online to help out however. This would be manufacturer's problem, not Hitchweb as they are distributor only. So, five stars for great service and delivery.

Best Canadian compagnie for service and quick shipping
I call a lots on internet until Last year and I can told you , hitchweb is by far the best place for the service and Quick shipping. If you have a question, they will answer to your question instantly. I will give good feedback in the automobile industries, im a sell representative for Napa and some of my clientele buy regularly hitch.
Thank you very much for the super good experience with a real Canadian compagnie who treat the client like a king .

5th Wheel Order Installation Kit Correction
5th Wheel Installation Kit Order was placed and even after I checked to see it was for my vehicle, not long after placing the order, received an email from Hitchweb that it was not in fact the correct installation kit for my truck. They also made the corrections and informed me the kit I needed was cheaper and would send it as well as a refund as the kit I needed was cheaper then the one I ordered. They went above and beyond. I whole heartedly recommend Hitchweb for anyone!!

Good quality
Good quality, much heavier and solid than I expected. Assembly was easy, BUT it did not include the nuts required to transfer the support cables from my truck. Cannot use the originals - they are secured inside the factory tailgate. And the bolts are unique shape for the application.
Pain in the butt to have to make a trip to Crappy Tire to buy 2 8mm x 1.25 pitch nuts.

Lightning fast delivery
Product arrived 3 days after ordering and came as described with no issues. Good class 3 Curt trailer hitch. Easy installation with two people. Use of hydraulic jack to support hitch during installation was very handy. Approximately 1 hour installation for two rookies taking their time.
