We had our tow bar fitted by this company.
From start to finish they kept us informed to everything that was happening.Arrived on time and fitted the tow bar and sending pictures and a video showing it working.
The only problem we had a faulty loom which was not their fault but we contacted them and a quick turnaround fixing before we went away on hoilday.
Would use them again great company you can trust.

Recently had a towbar fitted, spoke to kieran who found a date and time that suited me. On the day morris arrived and fitted the towbar a really nice lad very polite would highly recommend hitched towbars! Great job guys

The fitter turned up as planned, very friendly and professional, made no fuss, all fitted back together well and a high level of care taken with my cars bodywork/bumper. Tidied up after himself and i am 100% satisfied with the job done, definitely recommend.

Superb professionalism Morris that fitted my detachable tow bar was fantastic Kieran the main man who i contacted about fitting the towbar at my Father in laws on the day of the fitting was sound as I was called in work so couldn't be home. After reaching out to Hitched for a quote and some technical questions, Kieran provided me with very detailed and accurate information as well as being very well priced.

when booking they were very accommodating and flexible with bookings. on the day of fitting, James (the fitter) had grate communication advising arrival times. He called to say he had arrived, by the time i come out to meet him has was already set up and stripping the bumper. very friendly and easy to approach, he was also happy to answer any questions i had too.

when the job was done he cleaned up and wouldn't of known that car was in bets 20 minutes ago. he waled though the instillation and provided some tips and demo of how to attach the to bar and remove it.

to add to the customer services, I had 1 small issue which was only highlight after using it on the caravan but after talking with Kieran, he sent out James to have a look to which is was fixed in 15 minutes.
