Knowledgeable and Expressive driver
Komei, made out tour very enjoyable. He was friendly and even assisted us with the baby while we were touring around . We enjoyed seeing the beautiful locations around Hakone in comfort . I would 100% recommend HireTaxiJapan. We like them so much We already scheduled another tour with them !

Excellent support team from emailing to pick up at airport!
I took a week researching and looking for the bus taxi service for my little sister arriving at Tokyo airport for a summer school program. I’m so happy I came across HireTaxiJapan. I emailed them regarding my concern, and Lily from customer service was professional and responded to me promptly and provided me details i needed. Then at pick up, Tekashi, my sisters taxi driver was excellent. She said he was professional and made her feel safe and comfortable the entire ride. Great start for her first night in Japan. Thank you team !! Definitely recommending you all and will be using you the next time we travel to Japan.

So glad we booked with HiretaxiJapan! We booked our ride the day before and we got an email right away and a text right away! So easy and fast booking process online. Communication is great. The next day, our driver came on time and was friendly. Van was clean and spacious. We got to the airport a good amount of time. Everything was perfect. We had 5 people and 6 big suitcases and 4 carry on bags. Everything was so easy and perfect! Thank you again

From Shibuya to Haneda in comfort
Relaxing and comfortable ride for a family of 4 and our luggage. Had a wonderful driver, Mr. Taro who spoke excellent English. Definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick and pleasant transfer throughout Tokyo - especially if you are hauling luggage and want to avoid the trains during rush hour.

Our driver spoke little English but he…
Our driver spoke little English but he was very courteous, punctual and professional. It wasnt a problem. Price was reasonably cheaper than klook and other private hire. Van was clean with wifi. Would recommend this to others.

Good overall, but one hiccup
We booked three reservations for transportation. Two were handled smoothly. The first pick up on 6/3/23, we are unsure of what happened. Our driver’s vehicle was at the airport when we arrived, but the driver was not there. Because of language barriers, we could not understand what had happened and the next steps. When I reached out to the company, another driver was assigned but we had to wait a while.
