Fortuna is designed for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and other ecommerce operators who want faster replies, lower support costs and safer automation without handing full control to a black-box chatbot. Our system is built around merchant control, approval gates and escalation rules. Sensitive actions such as refunds, angry complaints, chargebacks, damaged items and unusual customer situations can be routed for human review instead of being blindly automated. Our goal is simple: help ecommerce businesses handle the repetitive support layer — order status, tracking, return policy questions, product questions, common FAQs and routine customer updates — while keeping humans focused on the cases that require judgement. Fortuna is not a generic FAQ bot. It is built to work with live business context, support workflows and clear operational guardrails. We believe the best AI support should sound natural, use verified data, avoid invented answers, and know when not to reply. Our business involves running a high-end fashion brand whose customer base is incredibly particular and expects quick and quality customer service. Prior to implementing Hire Fortuna, handling queries about sizing, delivery, returns, and the products we offered were draining too much of our employees time.With Hire Fortuna, most of these tasks have been automated, saving us many hours a week while still ensuring that our customers receive their queries answers just as quickly and effectively as before.We are very satisfied with its services and would highly recommend it to other luxury fashion companies. Only criticism sometimes it can’t answer questions but it doesnt make things up it forwards it to a human but on the whole it’s well worth it. Great!

Finally an AI that gets drop shipping

We run a high-volume dropshipping business with a few thousand orders every month and multiple suppliers. Customer support was taking up 40–50 hours a week between our team. It was the same questions over and over — where’s my order, when will it ship, can I return it.We’d tried other AI support tools before, but they never worked properly. Great support automation for our food…

Great support automation for our food prep business
We run a food prep and delivery company with a high volume of daily orders and customer questions around ingredients, allergens, delivery times, and subscription changes.
Before using Hire Fortuna, answering these repetitive questions was taking up a lot of our team’s time. Since implementing it, the AI has been handling the majority of customer inquiries quickly and accurately by pulling directly from our order data.
It’s been reliable, easy to set up, and has saved us several hours every week. Our team can now focus more on operations and growing the business instead of being stuck in the inbox.

I we have a large store selling car…

I we have a large store selling car parts in the uk constantly different questions about different parts fitting different cars questions about tracking questions etc took us 100s of hours before and 5 full time staff now we just use Fortuna best decision I’ve ever made only one critical thing I hope they launch social media connectors soon as we get lot messages on there we cut our staff from 10 to 5 i well I think they probably will do social connectors soon i Am a happy customer for life.

Really helps with product advice

We sell health supplements and Fortuna’s been really good on the trial. It answers all the usual questions about ingredients, dosage, and which product is best for different goals. What’s nice is it actually advises customers on the right options without sounding pushy. Their team got us set up fast and replies quick when we have questions.Not perfect yet but it’s already saving us a bunch of time. Loving it so far.

Perfect for the boring questions + surprisingly good at product advice

I’ve been testing Fortuna on my Shopify store (dreaminteriors.co.uk) during the trial and I’m genuinely impressed.
We sell expensive homeware and furniture, so customers often ask the same repetitive questions about sizes, room fit, delivery, and product specs. Fortuna handles all of that instantly and accurately — it pulls the real data from our store and gives clear, helpful answers without me having to jump in every time.
What really surprised me is how well it helps customers pick the right pieces for their actual room sizes. It’s not just answering questions it’s giving smart recommendations that make sense. That’s saved us a lot of back-and-forth.
Setup was straightforward (Patrick helped the same day) and it feels safe nothing gets approved without us seeing it first.
Still early days, but it’s already doing exactly what we needed taking the boring repetitive work off our plate while still sounding like us. Very happy with the results so far.
Highly recommend if you’re a Shopify store drowning in support tickets.
