Absolutely first-class service from Tom at Hindmarsh Business Finance.

From the initial enquiry right through to getting everything signed and sorted for my new van, Tom has been brilliant. Communication has been excellent throughout — always quick to respond, happy to answer my endless questions, and constantly chasing the dealer for updates when things were taking longer than expected.

What really stood out was how proactive he was. I never felt like I had to chase him; if anything, he was doing the chasing on my behalf and keeping me informed along the way. He made the whole finance process straightforward and took a lot of the hassle out of buying a new commercial vehicle.

Friendly, professional and genuinely seems to care about getting the right result for his customers.

Excellent communication from the start, chased the vehicle supplier when there was a problem with the delivery date, straight forward paperwork. Although I have been in my business for a long time until a year ago the company I set up was in the process of ending the first year accounts and as long as I agreed to be a guarantor for this vehicle it wasn't a problem. Too many times companies are tarred with the same brush. It was refreshing to see a finance company doing their utmost to assist me and helping me to progress. I look forward in future months to them assisting me with other vehicles.
