I was helped by Uwais to find accommodation in a studio flat, Uwaiz was very friendly and super helpful during the process, also really helped with boiler problems late at night on his time off, I do really appreciate the way I have been treated by this Agency and the people who run it. Friendly, quick and professional. Uwais was clear with instructions, issues were ironed out through the estate agent with the landlord and previous tenant quickly, and there was a welcome package when I moved into my room which was a nice touch, it made me feel at home.

Hills Estate were great in helping me secure a rental property, Uwais in particular. I went in looking for a four bedroom where no other estate agents were able to help me Hills told me about one not on the market yet. After being messed around with by other agents Hills helped me get things done in a few days to suit my timeline. Hills Estate was the letting agent for my flat where I lived for about 3 years. From the beginning of my tenancy till the end, I've had a very positive experience dealing with them. The staff is very responsive and attends to all maintenance issues on time. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Uwais Patel who was very professional and friendly throughout our tenancy. I would definitely like to get back to one of their properties in the future, if at all possible.
