These guys are a total scam; stay far away. They take your money and deliver the "product" quickly, but they are typical Chinese knock-off items. The sizing is WAY off. Note that their stated refund policy is no returns/no refunds. I wished I had read that before I ordered. All inquiries are quickly responded to via a bot with no further follow-up. Stay away! Stay far away!!

I ordered a cycling shirt and 1 month down the line i still have not got anything. Tried to chase it up but all you get is an AI created response. Do not use this company they will rip you off

The ordered items arrived in time, but didn't fit (Chinese XL is rather L or even M for Europeans). My query for a return and replacement was denied again and again by a KI bot. In the end, any further email remained unanswered. The only solution would be to re-order. Hell ... no! Their client service is non-existing and they give a sh** about customer satisfaction. SO – IF YOU CONSIDER TO BUY: DON'T. There are alternatives.

It seems I’m not the only one. Bought a jacket in an L. I’m a large in every brand. This is a terrible fit. No refunds/returns policy is just criminal in this day and age. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ordered a cycling jacket for my husband in a large but it would not fasten so I tried to swap it for an extra large, they said they couldn't swap because the jacket was custom made!!! Absolutely ridiculous, how can they custom make jackets for people if they don't have their size?? would never use this company or recommend them!!

I ordered cycling gloves and a light. The bike light turned up broken and no gloves, instead a dirty rag. I emailed the photos and they apologised. I asked for a refund, and they decided to stop responding. Keep away from this company

I ordered a black MTB top in size medium but received a green waterproof jacket in size XXL that costs far less. After several attempts to contact the seller for a refund with no response, I’ve had to raise the issue with my credit card dispute team. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

Actually received order,but quality disappointing, not value for money. The jerseys, medium,fit just about OK but one with a dodgy zip. Name on jerseys 'wosawe', Hills n Mountains just move the jerseys on with a healthy markup. Bib tights probably good for cold weather, pad not brilliant, but no way can you take a pee without taking straps off, just the job in cold weather. Sure UK suppliers could provide similar for far less and probably better quality. Everything seems to be Chinese sourced nowadays. Bought some a pair of Systeme U bib shorts, very comfortable but the stitching startes to become undone on both legs, I contacted them and they won't give a refund just a discount to another product. Very disappointed. Avoid.

Ordered £150 worth of kit, not arrived and no response despite several emails to their "Help" email address. Total rip off!
Scam

Ordered a jersey that was advertised as Green Bay (hence green jersey) and they sent black. No response to multiple requests for replacement or refund. Total scam—do not use this firm!

If it were possible, negative stars!. Ordered a size Large cycling jersey, Eddie Mercks style. It was a child's size large. Their no returns, no refund policy shows that I was scammed. When I wrote to them they said I could order another one at a slight discount. Why would I order a second one and pay money, again?! This company is a scammer!!

I too feel I've been scammed. I ordered 2 jerseys and one matching pair of bibs to the jersey. All three items did not fit, not even close. And their "No return" policy is even more proof that I've been ripped off, if they won't exchange it for the proper size.

Purchased a medium size top that fits my 12 year old, sent 3 emails to request a larger size, without reply. Then checked the returns policy only to find refunds or exchanges are not provided!!! This is illegal and trading standards should shut this business down. They are currently advertising on Facebook so be aware

Hadn't read any reviews, ordered 3 shirts one was for the daughter. They arrived and seem ok but the size for the daughter was wrong at which point I discover there is no returns policy....I mean that's just dark ages stuff...and for that reason will never use again. Buyer beware..

They are defo frauds. They won’t answer emails and have no returns policy / don’t use them - honestly. It’s a scam
